Our house is quite old and a lot of the beams and sidings were not in good shape. Painting them involved replacing several sections or patching old work in order for the paint to adhere and look good. Miguel and his foreman expertly and independently solved each problem that came up, but brought options to me when necessary. Very clear and easy to work through.
