Both Eric and Matthew were excellent communicators and after reviewing options we settled on a solution that I would supply OEM manufactured seat covers and they would do the installation. They removed the old covers and installed the covers I provided in record time Their work and customer service was impeccable, and I truly felt the pride of workmanship and their desire to provide the very best for their customers at a fair price. Their shop was an incredibly clean and efficient workspace and was packed with high end cars (Ferrari's, Porsches, etc ) so I knew the quality of their work had to be elevated in comparison to similar shops. It has been over 5 years with my sunroof and not one leak or problem. Yesterday 1/5/26 I pulled in to make an appointment for my headliner and they actually were able to replace at that moment. Not only was the price unmatched, the service was too!! They offered me comfortable seating inside or option to walk down to Starbucks, donut shop or other eateries near by until complete. I chose to wait there. Workers were friendly, courteous and honest. Not to mention a clean restroom(IYKYK).. Its a reason they have been here for over 30 years and counting.
