So I met him there at 9:30 am as agreed and brought a bank statement. He looked at it, and gave me the $5 in cash. Great service from Rudy. I was impressed. I explained why I sent the initial e-mail I did. So many businesses now nickel and dime customers. And are not responsive at all after the purchase. This is exactly how you lose customers!! We're not always right, but right to "our taste". I will certainly be back there. It's really nice to be able to wash my own car there.

Instead, it came out looking like it had just fought in the Dust Bowl and lost. Let's break it down: * Soap: I think they used the memory of soap. A faint mist of regret sprayed over my windshield while sad rainbow foam pretended to do something. * Brushes: More like large, passive-aggressive pool noodles gently caressing my truck as if afraid to make physical contact. * Rinse: Did they actually rinse it?
