    Oh Schnitzel Sandwich
    Rose H.

I loved the Oh Schnitzel sandwich so much. However, my boyfriend had the Italian Beef and was not a fan. There were interesting large chunks of veggies that were not exactly seasoned and did not go with the flavor of the rest of the sandwich. I am sad to see this place close down; I would have loved to keep coming back for the Oh Schnitzel. I really hope they try again in the future!

Tried the BLOT and the schnitzel. Good bread, good sauciness ratio, very tasty. I guess the only thing I would change is I like a crusty roll better then just standard bread but it still delicious

Small place in a food hall that has some out of bounds food! The Italian beef was super juicy and the dill was a pleasant taste. Extremely filling the chef and staff were kind, definitely coming back Also added the BLOT homemade pickled onion jam and pickles deliciousness!! Everything is from scratch, so it's a hell yeah for me

Paid $17 with tip and tax for small turkey club but it was worth every penny and more. I don't know what they put in the sandwich but I have never had a sandwich melt in my mouth like that. You have to savor every bite. This sandwich is my new fav and will get addicting.

Cute shop in a food hall in SLC close to the airport. The service was quick and friendly. The food was delicious! We got grilled kimchi cheese (kimcheese) sandwiches and a tuna sandwich. The kimcheese has spicy kimchi, melted American cheese, and perfectly grilled bread. The tuna sandwich has so good too, the tuna tasted fresh and there was an amazing touch of takis!

Small menu, packed full of delights. Star of the show, 10/10, must try: Schnitzel sandwich. It is balanced in every way, no need to alter it. After each bite, you are looking forward to the next one. Ranch kraut, who knew?! It's outstanding. Already thinking about returning. We tried the BLOT as well. 8/10. This sandwich in description should be everything I want. The apple cider vinegar just hit too hard on the thick tomato slices. Would I still recommend it, absolutely. Try it. Overall, excellent place. Will try the lamb burger and the Philly next time I return. Tonight, however, my dreams are all Schnitzel.

High quality sandos, worth the short wait. The "Oh Schnitzel" has a nice crunch and rich flavor. I'll be back!!! Woodbine is a great, open space to hang out and enjoy all kinds of tasty things.

While the sandwich was good, the hour and five minute wait was not. Others were also waiting more than an hour for food.

Decent sandwich. I got the turkey club and a bag of chips. It was $20 plus tip. The price is absurd for a turkey sandwich!!

When I walked in, there was a line of people all waiting for their delicious breakfast. Excellent sign! I placed my order and had to laugh with the worker because they were so many hilarious signs around the shop! Of course I had to try the brown butter sea salt cookie. Can you blame me? My sandwich was made fresh and devoured instantly. The focaccia had a slight char, the egg was cooked perfectly, and the bacon was super crunchy. I didn't love the American cheese, but that's just my personal preference. There's not a lot of seating options besides the one table in front. No biggie - pull up a curb or stand and eat. My sandwich was delicious and I'm excited to go back and try other variations!

I ordered the Paisano, which was flavorful and had good ingredients, but unfortunately, the focaccia was burnt, which took away from the overall experience. They make their own focaccia, so I was expecting that to be one of the highlights, but mine was noticeably overdone. The sandwich itself was good, but at $17, I just don't feel like it was worth the price. I'm glad I tried it, but based on the hype and the cost, I expected more. For me, it's a good sandwich, but not a $17 sandwich.

Both scrumptious for different reasons - the Rueben offers that tangy crunchy sauerkraut while the Rachel offers a fresh crunchy slaw compliment to the juicy hot meat. The potato salad was very creamy, it has so much delightful crunch and there's very potent garlic. The fries tasted a bit like burnt oil but im hoping was just a one off experience? They do full-service sit-down and to-go orders and have a wide selection of hot and cold sandwiches, bagels, dessert, other New York/Jewish style deli foods, and beer! Sloppy Joe - 5/5 - A large (1/2 lb) double decker sandwich with pastrami and corned beef. There are 3 layers of bread. The meats are tender and flavorful and blend nicely together with the thousand island dressing and slaw between the layers. It also comes with a side, I picked the potato salad which was good too. Not too much mayo but it was still nice and creamy. I just wish I got a little more potato salad to match the portion size of the sandwich! Potato Latke Pancakes - 4.5/5 - They were nice, hot, and crispy. You get 2 pancakes which have a nice thickness to them too. The flavor was good, I just think you should get more sour cream and apple sauce. It comes with a small cup of each, but its not quite enough for the 2 pancakes and its 50c each to get extra! Matzo Ball Soup - 3/5 - The matzo ball and soup broth both had a good flavor. The proportions were just off however, a huge matzo ball but not enough broth. And the broth didn't have enough of chicken meat and veggies (carrot/celery). I basically had 1/2 the matzo ball left over at the end Attempted Murder Imperial Stout Beer - 5/5 - Its a vanilla cinnamon stout. The flavor is subtle but in a good way! Its not sweet, but has a smooth bitterness and mouthfeel with a slight fragrance of the vanilla cinnamon. If you like stout, def give this a try. Its a strong one too, 10.5% ABV! The restaurant was clean, service was good, and there is a good amount of seating and its decorated nicely inside. Def give this place a try!
