Bagel was too soft and lacked the firm crust I look for. I will try again and hope for better results.

Love the seeded bread, it made it extra good. I also enjoyed their pasta salad. I think we found our new Italian deli!

I always get the seeded roll and I always add red hots. BOTH are awesome... that seeded roll is the bomb and they add a healthy spread of spicy red hots which I love. All the portions of everything was perfect. * NOTE - They have a sign saying they are open until 2:30AM on weekends, but I came by at 2:AM and was told "PASTA ONLY, we're shutting down the sub line..." We don't come here for pasta. We come for sandwiches. If you can't serve one at 2:30AM, close earlier. What's the point? Who leaves a bar at 2:AM and thinks about a reheated slab of pasta? I can get that at home. Make me a cheeesesteak!! For my Italian and my Capo special, I asked for hot peppers and got an appropriate healthy portion. It had just enough onions on it for flavor but not so I tasted bites of onion. The fresh high quality cold cut meat flavors came through great. Both sandwiches were superb. I personally liked the Italian better, but if you're a true lover of Italian meats you have to get the Capo Special. The Cheesesteak is also legit. I had it once with Prov and once with American. Even though the provolone has a nice cheese pull, I do prefer American on a cheesesteak. I like my steaks with just cheese, onions and red hots. If you like it that way you have to order the standard steak and say "no peppers, add red-hots." By default they put peppers on it. There are several sandwiches I still want to try, in addition to some pasta dishes they have. However, I think my next sammy will be the Roast Pork or the Meatball sub. * The only downside is the price. A large sandwich on a seeded roll will cost you $18ish, plus tip, which is $21 for a sandwich. That is a lot. However, the small (half?) sandwich is $14.50 so you might as well get the large and take half home even if you are not finishing it. It'd be cool if they had a sandwich of the day on special, so you could get a large for $15 or something. But they do not. That said, maybe you get what you pay for with price because the sandwich is QUALITY and it is CONSISTENT. I have eaten there when the owner is present or late night when it's just younger staff working. Sandwiches have been the same both times. There is good training and appreciation for quality. I hope that stays. If the quality stays I'll keep coming back. They need to add some accessible napkins, water and bottles of hot sauce. A few misses that would make my visit more comfortable. They can also offer "For Here" or "To Go" options. They make everything to go which means they at least waste a bag each time I eat in house. If they're closed or crowded, don't overlook the OGs- The Big Cheese for another great Italian in town or Pip's for a cheesesteak. Not to take anything away from CAPO though! They have both sammies and you won't be disappointed. Just saw that they are now open until 2:30AM on Friday and Saturday! That is awesome. We now have TWO late night food stops in town; Capo and Secret Spot Pizza.

They melt in your mouth and have you craving more. Even my 12 month old enjoyed it lol the chicken and sage sausage is like nothing I've ever tried, so savory and juicy. I can't wait to go back soon. I made a takeout order and got the crab cake omelette (w/ a biscuit) $18.29, legendary scone: Blueberry $3, single blueberry pancake $2.89, single maple bacon pancake $2.89, and single cinnamon roll pancake $2.89. - The crab cake omelet was my 2nd favorite as they surprisingly didn't skimp on the crab additions. The biscuit was just alright, but luckily it's best once combined with omlette to make a good sandwich. - The blueberry scone was probably my favorite, as it was pretty good. It was moist, fresh, and well done. - The trifecta of pancakes ranged from just okay to decent, and my ranking would go blueberry, maple bacon, and then cinnamon roll. For some odd reason, the texture of the cinnamon roll pancake was notably inferior to the other 2. Overall, my experience was quite a good one due to the scone and crab omelet delivering the most. -- #issa.cheatday

I've never had a long wait, either to order or for the food to come out, which is always appreciated. The staff has been consistently friendly, and the space itself is clean and well kept. High-top tables, good lighting, moderate noise level--everything feels in order whenever I'm there. Food-wise, Regional keeps things simple, and that's what I like about it. The Cubano sticks to the script and does it right. You really can't lose with it--good flavor, balanced, and just a solid sandwich overall. The smashburger is another no-frills win. Fresh beef, fresh ingredients, and everything complements each other without trying too hard. It's just done right. The cheesesteak isn't something I'd call a true Philly, but in a pinch it definitely holds you down. The meat is seasoned well, with onions, mushrooms, and cheese coming together for an enjoyable sandwich. I appreciate that Regional doesn't overcomplicate things. My only real critique was the roasted potato salad. I paid $3 for a cup, and while it tasted good, there was lettuce stuffed at the bottom to make it look fuller than it was. That rubbed me the wrong way, so I wouldn't order it again. Portion sizes overall are fair, prices feel reasonable, and I like that there's something for everyone on the menu. I've already been back multiple times and will continue to return. It's a good spot when you want to get away from all the fast-food options in the area.

It's large so she generally eats half at a time. Her leftovers are in the photo below. I had then Philly Mushroom today and I ate the entire thing! Yes, I overdid it Big Time! My side was the potato salad. It's actually red potato salad with the right amount of sweetness and not drowned in mayo! In fact it seems like a ground mustard aioli.
