    Brisket tots
    Joseph J.

I was in the area and I order my lunch over the phone a order of brisket tater tots and chicken pesto pizza, the food was ready quick and it was good something quick and good the tots was a little soggy for my tasting it was good but would of been better if the tots could stay crunchy the pizza was tasty but the bread was a little to hard it was bad but just my preference, stop by for lunch if your hungry, looking forward to the other food items.

We came for the comedy! What a fun night

I had a great time Friday and Saturday as I was a part of the show-I was the host of the comedy show featuring Marcus Mangum and Headliner Carlos Rodriguez. The club is the gem of Manteca! Chris puts a lot of effort into getting great comedians from around the country to perform here. If you're a part of the local community you have to make sure you find ways to support! The club has great food, drinks, and comedy! It can easily fill up your weekend with fun things to do. They even have Kareoke after the show on Friday. Whether you come for the comedy or the bar you are guaranteed to have a good time. The staff there is amazing and the place is clean and feels safe to hang out! Thank you Chris for all that you do!

Went here tonight for the 1st time with some friends. The place has a small bar when you enter. They also serve food. The menu is not huge but they have a few different selections and it looked like they offer daily specials. They had 2 showtimes and the doors open to the room where they do the comedy show about 45 minutes before showtime. The drinks were made pretty well and the food we tried was pretty good. I had their Cheeseburger which was well made and perfectly cooked and my friend had the Brisket with melted cheese sandwich that he said was really good also. The ladies had the BLT Sandwich and said they enjoyed it. The 3 comedians we saw were pretty good. Nice that Manteca has a Comedy Club. Always good to have a good laugh.

Great venue right here in Manteca. Closer then Tommy T's. The show is fun. Service is quick and the food was good.

Brisket pizza!!! So delicious. 14 inches of pizza perfection.

I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at Deaf Puppy Comedy Club in Manteca, CA, and I can't stop raving about their brisket pizzas! From the moment I walked into this vibrant venue, the atmosphere was electric--warm, welcoming, and buzzing with anticipation for a night of laughter and fantastic food. The cozy 100-seat showroom, paired with the rustic charm of the full bar and grill, creates the perfect setting for a memorable evening. The star of the show (besides the comedy, of course) was the beef brisket pizza, priced at $23 it's a steal. This isn't your average pizza--it's a flavor explosion! The tender, smoky brisket is generously piled atop a perfectly crispy crust, complemented by a rich, tangy sauce and just the right amount of melted cheese. Each bite was a harmonious blend of savory and slightly sweet, with the brisket's melt-in-your-mouth texture stealing the spotlight. It's no wonder this dish is a standout on their unique menu, which also features creative items like the linguica sandwich and pork belly burnt ends served in puppy bowls. Every dish feels crafted with care, elevating the typical bar-and-grill fare to something truly special. The service was nothing short of spectacular. The staff at Deaf Puppy Comedy Club are attentive, friendly, and genuinely invested in making your experience unforgettable. From the moment we were seated--at 6:00 PM, well before the comedy show started, allowing ample time to enjoy our meal--the team ensured our drinks were refilled and our orders arrived promptly. Unlike other comedy clubs where you're rushed to order, the early seating created a relaxed, dinner-show vibe that made the night feel like a treat. The servers navigated the intimate space with ease, delivering food and drinks right to our table without missing a beat, even as the room filled up with eager comedy fans. And let's talk about the comedy shows--pure gold! Deaf Puppy is the only dedicated comedy club between Bakersfield and Sacramento, and they're bringing in some serious talent. The night I visited featured a lineup of hilarious comedians, including a performance that had the entire room roaring with laughter. The club's commitment to showcasing both established acts like Rodger Lizaola, a Big Sky Comedy Festival champion, Steph Sanders, and Marcella Arguello. They also host up-and-coming talent during their free Wednesday open mic nights which is impressive. The intimate setting means you're close to the action, and the comedians' energy feeds off the crowd, creating a dynamic, interactive experience. They also host trivia nights and plan to add karaoke and sports viewing, making this a versatile spot for entertainment. The atmosphere ties it all together. The venue's quirky charm, inspired by owner Chris Teicheira's deaf Australian cattle dog, Banshee, gives it a unique, heartfelt identity. The crowd, a mix of locals from Manteca, Lathrop, and Ripon, and visitors from Modesto and Stockton, adds to the communal vibe. Sharing tables with fellow comedy lovers only enhanced the fun, fostering a sense of camaraderie. The full bar kept the drinks flowing, with reasonably priced options that paired perfectly with the food. Whether you're there for a date night, a group outing, or just to unwind, the Deaf Puppy Comedy Club delivers on every front. In short, Deaf Puppy Comedy Club is a hidden gem in the Central Valley. The brisket pizza alone is worth the visit, but when you add the top-notch service, gut-busting comedy, and lively atmosphere, it's a five-star experience. I'm already looking forward to my next visit--maybe for their Tuesday karaoke or a Sunday baseball watch party. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and check out this fantastic spot. You won't be disappointed! For tickets or more info, visit deafpuppyclub.com or call (209) 622-5745.

Great adoption fair hosted by Deaf Puppy Comedy Club for Mantecas Animal Shelter. Great space behind the club for your next event!

The acoustics from the Swan Lake Ballet production were phenomenal. My daughter who is 6 six years in ballet training has now moved to pointe technique level this year and was amaze with the Swan Lake production. Theater location is in the heart of downtown Stockton. Plenty of street paid parking but I chose to have a little more security/surveillance parking 1 block away from the venue that cost $20. The parking lot is very small, and the attendants were very friendly but limited parking spaces. I suggest getting there early as the good parking fills up. The people working at the theater were very professional and welcoming. The ushers helped walk you to your seats. They sell drinks but I'm not sure if they sell a variety of food. I see people only with popcorn and candy treats. They also have an adult beverage bar. Con: While the show is going on, please do not allow people to come and be seated. Allow for production breaks in between, I know they have them. Everyone is standing up every 5 minutes allowing people to be seated through-out the show. Patrons please be on time it's not the movies or ball game! Lol Awesome venue will be back!

When they realized their mistake half an hour after we sat down, they quickly worked on fixing it. They got all of our foods out within 20 minutes, boxed most of it for us, and comped us 50%. I went back again a month after that, and this time they were still slow, but improving. I also went for dinner once (comedy night). The comedians they hired for the night were very entertaining, the atmosphere was great, and it was very enjoyable. The waitresses forgot to give my party utensils and napkins, but corrected it soon after I pointed it out. That's the service side of the story, and the reason they're getting a 4 instead of a 5. The food there is delicious. I ordered the Lou's Crab Soup (I think that's the name), and some sandwich the first time. The second time I ordered the soup again and another half sandwich. Both times I was impressed by my grilled sandwich. When I went for dinner I ordered party plate of appetizers, and a medium burger. The food got out quickly, and it tasted great. I like eating here a lot. At night, The Boiler Room also does night clubs, karaoke nights, and a number of other events. I've only been to comedy night, but that's because I don't go out often enough at night.

That was the first and last time I'll be returning back to this place not only for my daughter's love for art but also for any future girls paint night plans I had. This is not how you run a business by keeping your pets inside- specially if they are not behaved. The woman herself couldn't even catch up to the dog because of her own health, so there's no way she was going to stop this crazy dog. The least she could have done was apologize but that never came either. I picked up both my kids and immediately left. I'm giving this 4 stars only because I think it's ridiculous to not be prepared and offer pizza as your only vendor and wait 1.5 hours knowing you are completely booked for the day. and, the pizza was really thin, hardly any cheese we could see or taste.
