    I would offer this company zero stars if possible. I was recommended for them to fix a meter. When I tried to reach them, the voicemail said they were overwhelmed and asked to leave a text message to make an appt. I couldn't go into the whole situation as I needed to actually speak with someone, so I wrote what I could via text as seen below. I've been having issues with TXU and couldn't put all of my father's personal information in a text that I didn't know was secure or not, or what the issues were. This was not due to a lack of payment, but I needed to explain that to someone in person. Below is the text exchange. Their response is appalling. It's unbelievable that they would be willing to participate in treating the elderly this way.

    I don't normally leave poor ratings because I know how hard it is to run a small business and deal with customers. However, I received this from the owner today: "Here is your paid receipt. I regret ever doing this job for you. You and your wife are very rude people. Its (SIC) been a displeaseure (SIC) Please never call my company again." The owner gave me a reasonable quote of $2,200, but we were later surprised to learn that our tenant was to be charged $220 from Oncor to dis/reconnect the power. We got past that and the next snag was that Deane Electric's work did not pass the city inspection because the owner was not aware of the city code requiring modern smoke detectors. I am not one to unfairly profit at someone else's expense and for that reason agreed to pay yet another $350 for the smoke detectors. While the owner agreed to pay the $220 Oncor charge, he did not adjust his final bill to me and presented me with a delinquent invoice with his last communication. In short, the owner deliberately underbid the cost of the project by concealing the inherent Oncor fees and ignoring the costs of the additional work required by city code. His office staff was unknowledgeable, rude, and simply ineffective. I do not intend to contact this company again, except in the event that his work proves to be sub-par in which case I will demand redress.

    I had a new AC unit, both inside and outside, installed at my home in July 2020. September 2020, I had to make a service call because the unit was cutting off once the inside of the home reached 70 degrees. The technician advised me to pour bleach down the drain to flush out the unit. This was a temporary fix and here is is May 2021 and the problem has continued. after the technician drained the excess water from the unit, he advised that I need to use better filters, have the coils cleaned for $150 today, and air the house out once a week. All these excuses for why the DEFECTIVE unit isn't properly operating are outlandish. Once I made my thought clear to the owner, John Dean, he texted and told me I was an idiot and I'm suppose to have a brain. Please find quality hvac services elsewhere. This owner showed mental health instabilities today.

    Bad business very unprofessional and down right rude. Would never use them. Calls their customers names.
