Her interest level in working with us was marginal at best. Yet a couple came in she said she had a 4:00pm appointment with and we were an after thought. She was kissing their behinds looking to win their sale; apparently she thought their money was better than ours. At the end of the day we ordered a custom, leather recliner and they left without a decision to be made. Can't judge a book by its cover. All in all the quality of the furniture in here is superior to the other big box shops such as Bobs, Bernie & Phil's or Jordan's. Also feel that since it is a smaller company you have less red tape to deal with if you need to make a claim on it using an extended warranty. I hope to not find out.

I was a little disappointed when it came.The weave of the rug wasn't as tight as the first one and it seemed like a lot of yarns were finding their way out needing to be clipped.Obviously the quality was not the same as the smaller one. Since that time, we have received no updates - despite numerous attempts to get an updated schedule. Since they were not responding to texts or calls, we sent a certified letter to the business asking for an update or our deposit back by December 1. Today is December 1 and we still have not heard anything from the business. The lack of communication feels deceptive. I am concerned that they are just trying to rob us of our deposit and am prepared to take legal action.
