Unfortunately, after the cleaning my radio control buttons now stick if they're pushed and have to be pried back with my fingernails. I reached out and told him my car looked beautiful, but I had this problem. I didn't ask him to fix it, but to suggest what I can do to fix it. Surely, I am not the first in all his years of business. I text him two days now, and made two phone calls. No response. So now, what started off as a shit show, is ending in one as well.

Within a couple minutes, Will knew what the issue was, and we were able to go down to the auto parts store and purchase everything we needed for under $20. He was able to get the car running in less than an hour and went above and beyond to make modifications to one part I bought (battery bracket) because the store didn't have the exact type we needed. Will's work was pristine. I cannot say enough about how great of an experience this was. He is also very kind and pleasant! Additionally, I would like to note that he performed all repairs that were requested, he arrived within 25 minutes of my call, on a Sunday, in the snow, and had everything done within an hour (part of this hour was him waiting on my trip to the auto parts store!). This will be the only person I call for any mechanic needs. I've shared his contact info with my family and recommend him to everyone! I've dealt with several mobile mechanics in the Indy area and can say Will is obviously and by far the most knowledgeable, honest, and gets straight to the resolution of the issue.
