DeBary breakfast wrap is AMAZING! I dip it in their homemade ranch.

Good hometown vibes. Love the respect that is shown for our military. Menu is good and it's always busy every time my little family and I come in. We followed our server Tammie as she is the very best! I do love that when we sit down our drink order is immediately taken by whomever comes near our table.

New ownership so I thought I would give them another try. The positive: Best breakfast potatoes I've had in the state. Sliced red potatoes cooked with onions and SEASONING! Veggie omelet was heavy on the onion and peppers, spinach was minimal and mushrooms weren't to be seen. However the Swiss cheese was plentiful. The negative: Horrible service. Walked in and ignored. Didn't see a sign so asked if it was open seating. The response was "yeah". At the time only three other tables had customers so it wasn't busy. My empty coffee cup was refilled when my food arrived and never again. I had to ask for jelly for my toast as they don't keep it on the table and the server didn't bother to ask if I needed anything when she delivered my meal. My bill was dropped off without a word (and without a coffee refill) while I was still eating. Two different totals were on the check, cash was one price, credit the other. Restaurant was clean but due to the server I didn't feel welcome and won't bother to come back.

This is in a strip mall and could easily be missed. Lots of stuff to look at on the walls. Server was friendly and attentive. Large selection of breakfast options. My food was great and more than I could eat. Prices were reasonable. I would definitely go back next time I am in town.

Keto Bowl may not be put on this Yelp app yet, but I HIGHLY suggest getting it. It's both healthy AND delicious. The eggs were cooked "egg-zactly" how I wanted them to be & service from our waitress, Pam, was superb. It may have been too busy for her to be SUPER attentive, she still got our order 100% right, checked up on us while eating & was sincerely kind. WARNING: That slice of bread you see in that picture doesn't come with the Keto Bowl, it was given to me by my Dad before I took the picture. I swear, it was delish!!

Today my wife and I each had Cuban Sandwiches at the Debary Diner and the food was great. This was the first time in a few weeks we didn't have to wait 30-45 minutes to get A seat, I guess we got there at a perfect time. Will be back.

Best Breakfast! Service and Ambience was great. We had the chicken and biscuits with sausage gravy and hash browns, delicious! The cooks made a Mickey pancake which made for a very happy kid!

We always wanted to stop here. I had the Cuban eggs Benedict. It was Cuban bread with mojo pulled pork ham Swiss cheese. It was soooo good I would definitely go back to get this again. The corn beef hash though it was canned it was so crispy on the outside it was yummy! The pancake was so fluffy and large the size of the plates. The best was the hash browns where triangles shape and the best part was it had so much potato in the middle one of the best hash browns. I would recommend this place and love that it is family owned!

Packed as usual.. 5 min wait, service is quick, food is good.

Hispanic food options like "Arroz con gandules y pernil" are great, but are very expensive for takeout. A plate like this with a fountain drink will come up near $20 per plate, a price I would not pay for considering how cheap it would be. At Lelo's we got 4 FULL plates with 4 drinks that totaled near $50. The food quality was very good. As someone who has parents from the homeland who are picky about their pernil, they said it was great. Take that for what it's worth. Should you be off I-4 coming or leaving Orlando, I highly suggest you try this place. Worth your bang for your buck!

I went with yellow rice, red beans, and sweet plantains. My wife ordered the chicken combo with a side of yellow rice and yuca (her first time trying yuca!). The lady helping us (pretty sure it was the owner) was incredibly friendly and patient, guiding us through the menu like old friends. We paid, grabbed a table, and dug in. My wife took one bite of the rotisserie chicken and declared it the best she's had in ages--juicy, perfectly seasoned, and falling off the bone. No surprise there; we spotted those massive rotisserie ovens spinning away, so chicken is clearly their specialty! She then tried the yuca (boiled and crispy-edged, I assume) and loved it--said it was buttery and addictive. Her yellow rice had tasty chunks of different meats mixed in, and she couldn't stop raving about the flavor. I mixed my yellow rice (a different style from hers) with the red beans on the plate--pure comfort food heaven, rich, savory, and perfectly balanced. The sweet plantains? Outstanding. Caramelized just right, sweet but not overpowering, soft inside with that ideal crisp edge. Every bite was perfection. The place had a great vibe too--clean bathrooms, lively Spanish beats playing, and a casual, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. We're already planning our next visit to try more dishes (that mofongo and rotisserie chicken platter are calling our names!). If you're craving authentic Puerto Rican BBQ and sides done right, Lelo's is a must-stop. Highly recommend--5 stars all the way!

It was too hot out to eat on the patio too. So I sat at the coffee bar and watched her make some good coffee. You now order off a kiosk, which was easy and convenient. Although they did not have any table numbers around that area, so that was a little confusing when it asked for your table number on the order. Overall the sandwich did not disappoint. I loved the sandwich - I've never had anything like it. I'm glad it was just a half portion because I feel like a whole sandwich would have been heavy. I paid extra to get a cilantro aioli with the fries - I understand that some places have to charge extra for sauces, but I was a little disappointed that they didn't at least fill the container all the way. Service was great! Several employees came to check on us while we were there and they came to clear our table as well. My favorite part about the inside was that the restaurant had its own coffee bar, so the restaurant smelled amazing! They even had bagged coffee available for purchase. I'm looking forward to getting a coffee drink on my next visit.

What an incredible gem in Deland!…read more Parva is a delightful restaurant, bar, and bakery right on Woodland Blvd. The entire staff was warm and welcoming, and the service was excellent throughout our time here. We arrived early for our reservation and grabbed seats at the bar. We were immediately greeted with a smile and extensive menus! This menu is so vast, it reminded me of the Cheesecake Factory in the best way. There is truly something for everyone here. Carnivores, vegetarians, vegans, you name it. I opted for the vegetarian "Vegetable Bowl" and my husband went for the fajitas after another guest recommended both items. The cilantro sauce and the caramelized plantains were my favorite part of the Vegetable bowl, and my husband loved every bite of his fajitas. Everything was hot, fresh, and it arrived quickly. There are a number of different dining areas here and we loved sitting in the back dining room in a comfy booth. Even though other diners were present, it felt like we had the place to ourselves because the tables are spaced far enough apart that there's plenty of personal space. No need to shout to hear your dining companions. All in all we loved Parva and look forward to coming back on our next trip to Deland.

Our server was very attentive and he continuously checked on us while not in a disruptive fashion. Will definitely make a return visit.
