I put up with it until they cranked up the water temperature to 84F which made it impossible to do serious lap swimming. The pool managers I spoke to about it were extremely rude. My notes about the smell of urine didn't seem to make any difference. The front desk people were nice but calling to ask them about the pool availability was useless as they would give me incorrect info. By comparison, the Gene Fullmer's Center where I went to for a year prior to DD was perfectly clean, only more crowded.

Again, no smile/ greetings from Austin. Without saying a word, he heads in the pool, I asked him if he was Austin. He confirms. My 3 year old daughter who has very little exposure to water was very scared and was asking for mummy to go in. In the meantime, Austin just stood there and shrugged. He was very rude and unprofessional, did not even try to help get my daughter in the water. I very politely told them we will leave without the lesson. There was no empathy or anything from the staff. Not even a "sorry or a bye". Austin just shrugged and didn't say a word. This was a complete waste of money and time.

I went in for a flexibility class at 6 and a handstand class at 7. I was the only one to show up for flexibility so I got really personal hands-on attention, the instructor, Hope, did some awesome partner stretching with me. She also instructed the handstand class in which there was only 3 people attending. Love small classes! Ive been playing with my HEADstand forever and wishing i could figure out how to hand stand, and she gave me instruction on how to improve my ability to kick up into hand stand and showed me a position I can start playing with to eventually achieve hand stand!!! I left that class SO Excsited. It was the first time i was able to kick my legs up into hand stand in my life. YASSSS.

I wanted my 3 year old son to be water safe so I signed him up for O'Neal Aquatics. It is a…read morechallenging to teach a child to float on their back unassisted but also necessary to help them survive a pool accident if it ever were to happen. After 10 lessons my son is completely water safe. He jumps off the diving board by himself with confidence and is able to get safely to the side. He's now moved on to working on his freestyle and backstroke. This is something he could have never achieved in a group lesson in a month or 2 months even. He loves his teacher Noelle and we look forward to lessons again next year.
