Speaking with him a bit you can tell he knows, loves, and appreciates good quality food. His creativity was fantastic, and his staff were great. They prepped, served, and cleaned, and we could literally not have asked for more. BUT, what about the food? Forget about it. Any doubts you may have, you can rest easy. The food was fantastic. She crafted a beautiful menu for us that included mini (single-bite) sized tacos as part of the hors d'oeuvres and an upscale barbeque with hometown roots for the entree.
