Absolutely delicious. Suzi made my sons cake EXACTLY as I imagined, and it tasted out of this world with the strawberry vanilla inside. 100% recommend!!! Thank you Suzi. My son LOVED IT.

Suzi made the most amazing cake for our wedding. It was so beautiful, I honestly do not want to cut it a part! It was very soft, moist, and darn-right delicious. I got the raspberry french custard with fresh raspberries and vanilla cake, and chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream for the top layer. Truly the hit of the event, everyone raved it! We still have the second layer left, which my husband and I thought about freezing for our first anniversary but since the temptation is crave, I think we'll just have Suzi re-make the cake when the time comes lol Also, Suzi was very accommodating to work with, would highly recommend. Thank you again Suzi!

Stopped in here after dinner and picked up four cupcakes and at $13 it wasn't too pricey. We grabbed a Carrot cake, Chocolate Oreo, Vanilla Oreo and a Chocolate cookie dough. I can keep this simple...these were DELICIOUS and I will be back for more. Can't wait to return!

    Gender reveal cake

Suzi made the most delicious gender reveal cake for us. She was so nice to work with, got the cake back to me as soon as she could, decorated it beautifully, and kept the gender a secret with a nice thick icing so we couldn't tell what the gender was whatsoever. Thank you Suzi!!!

Suzi made us some really great looking and delicious custom cakes at a very short notice so we really appreciate it. We got a naked chocolate mousse cake with smaller replicas as give aways and she made it exactly as we asked her. Would definitely recommend!

I am so happy I am writing this review the same day! Loved the service, suzi was very accommodating to me, even though it was last minute. She replicated the cake exactly as I showed a picture of, a naked cake decorated on top with chocolates and macaroons. And it tasted really good. I got the German chocolate filling and it was so good with custard pecans and coconut. Highly recommended!!! (The candles and banner were added by me)

The cake was an absolute hit!!! Everyone loved the look and the flavor/texture was phenomenal! Not one slice was left back! Thank you Suzi Cakes for helping make my niece's first birthday all the more special with such a beautiful cake! You've gained another lifelong customer ! I will definitely recommend your bakery to everyone I know! What I got: A custom two tiered red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting and pastel colored buttercream on the outside with macaroons

We hosted a birthday party for my Grandma and were so pleased with the cake that our event organizers got at Suzi Cakes!! It was absolutely beautiful, delicious, and very special!

We needed to bring something to my sister who has just had her first baby. My husband and I were visiting from Detroit, so we trusted yelp and went to Suzi cakes. They had a large selection of cupcakes. I asked what the speciality was, and Suzi said it was her cheesecake flavor. I ordered one key lime cheesecake and one dulce de leche cheesecake cupcake. In addition, we ordered 4 other cupcakes. I am not a cake fan but both of the cheesecake cupcakes were insanely good. We brought them for my sister but ended up eating those two. I would definitely come back here next time when I'm in New Jersey!

Could not be happier with my custom "marriage day" cake. Suzi made me a semi naked Green Tea Matcha cake with a matcha filling white chocolate butter cream. It came out just beautiful. Prettier than I could have imagined. And the cake was absolutely delicious. Moist, soft and subtly flavored. Everyone raves about how good it was. I couldn't have gotten anything better. If I ever need another custom cake, or hell, just a delicious cake or dessert, I'm going back to Suzi Cakes!

Suzi was so accommodating and helpful in creating a cake for my husband's Navy retirement party. She came up with this beautiful and original idea for the cake, and she worked with me on a very short timeline, which was very kind. The cake was as delicious as it was beautiful!

Let me start off by saying how beautiful my cake was! It tasted amazing! Can't believe how gorgeous! Happy customer!

They did my 80's themed birthday cake and it was not only gorgeous but so delicious! I would definitely be back for more themed cakes! Service was also unbelievably great!

The stars of the show here for me though are the bakery items. Whether it's the cakes, donuts, or pastries, I've never had anything here I didn't like. Some favorites for me are the Napoleons, Lobster Tail, Linser Tarts, and Black & White cookies. My wife loves the Red Velvet Cupcakes and the Cannolis. The Thanksgiving pies from here are always a huge hit. If you haven't been to Sorrento's Bakery, check it out. I'm planning on stopping here for many more years!

I get there about a half hour later and my coffee is not ready yet even though it was supposed to be ready 2 minutes before. I stood there for a while and finally someone came up to the coffee counter and asked if I needed anything. I said I was simply just waiting for my online order that I placed over a half hour ago. He went over to his computer and printed it out and got started on it but doesn't really give me a lot of confidence in placing online orders in the future. The worker did apologize and I appreciate that so four stars for now. As I was leaving, a lady who was also waiting for her coffee noted that she did the same thing and apparently they don't have all of their ducks in a row yet.

Service was good, but a little brisk. The interior is decorated with various pieces of art and there are dog treats in the front for your pet. The exterior has outdoor seating which is really nice. I got the pistachio macaron which was the perfect texture, but a bit lacking in flavor. I also got the pumpkin marshmallow latter which was surprisingly not that sweet to my relief. It really hit that pumpkin flavor spot. Price point was $10 with $1 tip, pretty standard for this area. In my previous visits, I got the chai latte which I thoroughly enjoyed. This is the perfect hang out spot for group projects or for getting work done. Can't recommend enough.

My son and I went out for breakfast over the weekend at Paris Baguette in Livingston, New Jersey. We walked into the pastry shop and were surprised by a large assortment of pastries under glass both sweet and savory. I usually like to constrain myself to one pastry and a cup of coffee but not this time. I ordered the "Very Berry Pastry $4.09, Raspberry Almond Croissant $5.49 and a Ganache Chocolate Bombolon $3.59". Every thing is made fresh in the bakery while the bakers are visible behind a glass wall. All the items I purchased were fresh and delicious. My son ordered the Pain Suisse $4.25 and we both had a cup of the LavAzza coffee $7.49 per/cup. There are three sizes to choose from. This is a sit and sip place or a grab n go. The service was very friendly and appreciated throughout the entire night. The cocktail hour was one of the better ones I attended. There was a raw bar, taco station, pasta station, sushi station, etc. My favorite items tried were the sliced beef and chicken in a waffle cone. The beef was cooked to a medium rare temperature and extremely flavorful. The chicken in a waffle cone was a great balance of sweet and spicy with a good amount of chicken in the cone. The sushi was decent at best, while the stuffed rigatoni was tasty too. The raw bar was a little underwhelming as I was not a fan of the raw oysters, but I did not try everything so maybe I just had a few poor ones. The first course of the night was the estate signature salad. It contained arugula, baby greens with julienne apples and an aged white wine vinaigrette. It was topped with caramelized walnuts and manchego cheese. It was a well put together salad. All the toppings complimented one another nicely especially the cheese and vinaigrette. For an entrée, I had the chateaubriand. It was roasted in a cabernet sauce and garnished with caramelized scallops. There was also a side of asparagus, carrots, and potatoes. The asparagus was fine, but the carrots were too hard. The potatoes were not too bad either, very creamy and packed with rosemary I believe. They actually asked for a temperature, which was unusual at a wedding. I asked for medium rare, and it came out a touch over, but not too big of a deal. It was a nice sized portion with just enough flavor. I also tried the salmon Oscar, which was topped with lump crabmeat and a cream sauce. The salmon and crabmeat were both too dry unfortunately. There needed to be more seasoning present as well. I also tried the chicken caprese, which was stuffed with mozzarella cheese and pesto served with roasted cherry tomatoes with vodka sauce. This was another solid tasting dish, great layers from the filing in the chicken. Finally, I also tried the spinach and ricotta stuffed eggplant with a tomato-basil sauce. This was another satisfying dish and was not too heavy like I thought it might be. This had great flavor. Will I go back? Yup.
