Ordered by phone during the height of COVID. The pickup was easy, walked right up to the window and the pizza was hot and ready to go. This was one of the most visually satisfying pizzas I've had in my series of pizza reviews. The sauce was delicious, not too sweet which I like. I prefer a more tangy sauce. First time customer. Giving 1 star because there are quite a few quality issues for such expensive pizza. Ordered one large and one medium pizza. One thin crust and one regular. The photos made me think it would taste almost like authentic Italian or Sicilian pizza, but that overwhelmingly was not the case. The dough is undercooked and flavorless - literally just eat a handful of flour and that's the flavor. The thin crust wasn't crispy and was as thick as normal crust and flimsy. Normally that's fine since we can just throw it in our oven, but when there's no flavor to the pizza besides the toppings it defeats the purpose of ordering instead of just making it at home. I'm surprised this place has won awards...?...That's kind of confusing to me. The pizza's were not cut completely so you lose half of your piece when trying to grab one piece. They use DoorDash instead of having delivery themselves. The delivery fee and tip was $11.50 alone. All in all, I wouldn't recommend and I wouldn't buy it again. You can literally go out to dinner for the price of their mediocre pizzas. read more

I ordered my first pizza from Decheco's pizza on N Main St. My usual is a small with pepperoni. First, the gentleman who took the order was so nice and answered my questions. We pulled up at exactly 15 minutes later as it was coming out of the oven. I've got to say it was a thing of beauty. The cheese was generous, the pepperoni covered the entire pie, the crust tender, and the perfect amount of flavorful red sauce. Plus, the price was better than our local restaurants. M- the potential is there the execution is lacking. I heard it was the best pizza in Akron and have been waiting for the Canton Rd. Store to open- the pizza I got was a disappointment. The crust was unevenly raised and the edges were burnt. Also the pickup window is awkwardly positioned. They open the sliding window all the heat comes out and the cold air drowns my pizza. 1st time and last time. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza for my kids, 2 and 3. The guys were great and the pizza was good as well. I sat on their patio to feed my kids. The wind was blowing and half of my pizza fell on the ground in front of their couch.I spoke to Nate and I showed him that half my pizza fell. He said he was sorry and he couldn't do anything. I asked for the manager and he claimed to be the manager and said it's not his job to watch my pizza and that it wasn't his fault. I never faulted him but it would have been nice to offer a solution to the problem instead of being rude. I picked up the pizza of the ground, grabbed my kids and left. We moved here a few weeks ago and are trying to find all the local gems. Ordered it by delivery. We got an antipasto salad (which was an unnecessary $15) and a large pepperoni pizza. End cost with fees and a $5 tip was $50. The pizza was good and the salad wasn't small but it wasn't much bigger than a medium dinner plate. Did not warrant the price. The pizza was good but to charge so much for any topping beyond cheese is drastic. The food was good but not $50 good. To top it off they're about seven minutes from my house but the order took an hour at 4pm on a Monday. Maybe in the future we will just go pick up our order from there but they won't be our first choice. read more
