I can only sing Deco's praises! They have done several jobs for me at different locations and I am very happy with their thorough service! Early August : had Deco out to check out my air conditioner because it was blowing cold then would stop and would not start again. The woman in the phone was very friendly and scheduled me a same day appointment. She informed me it would only be $34 to come out at do a diagnostic. I had called other companies and they wanted over $70 to come out. I figured I could not go wrong with the $34, plus the reviews they had on getting units to work when they had been previously told to replace them. The technician arrived on time and he went to my thermostat, checked my filters, and then we went outside. I told him the issues I was having and while we were waiting for the unit to start he told me on how to help maintain the unit. I guess I should not keep potted plants right next to the air conditioner. So the a/c starts but the fan in top will not move. The technician turned off the unit outside and opened it up. There vas a part inside that had burst! The technician informed me that it happens a lot because of age and overheating. He said I should replace that part and he would clean up the plants in the air conditioner and I should be good to go. I was worried I would have to wait to have air another day, but he had the parts on the truck!! AHMEN!!! After 30 minutes my air conditioner was blowing cold again! My house also smelt like the beach because he added an air freshener in for free. Deco saved the day and I was so thankful I found them!! September 7- Had Deco out to look at my boyfriends condo. It was blowing hot air and we desperately needed their help since we were having a party. I told the girl at the office our emergency and we used their services before. She rearranged called to bump us up on the list and they were at my doorstep in an hour! I showed the mechanic where the air conditioner was and right away he saw the problem. My boyfriends dog had chewed some wires outside. The tech rewired and taped everything up and taadaa the unit worked! I guess we got really lucky too because there is a part in the attic that goes bad sometimes when dogs do this. The technician told us to add a small fence or block the dog from going back by the a/c because he may do it again. All in all I am very satisfied with their speedy and thorough service! They take care of their clients and go above and beyond to make sure the job is right. They have never tried to sell me on a new air conditioner . I am also thankful for them teaching me and my boyfriend how to properly care for our heater and a/c. Thank you guys! You are lifesavers!!! read more

5 star company! I can not say enough great things about Deco!!! I have used them several times in the past for my rental properties and each time they hit it out of the park! I used to rely on another ac company to help service, fix, and maintain my ac and heating systems, but those systems kept breaking down. I called Deco because I was sick of the other company and had them come and take a look at the unit at my home which I knew the heater stopped working. Deco was able to accommodate me with a late evening appointment because of my work schedule. They serviced my air conditioner, washed the outside unit with a hose, and changed my filter. They also checked my furnace and we both saw that the glow stick was broken in two pieces. They had the part on their truck and had it changed out in 10 minutes. The technician told me it was a very common issue because that part is fragile and wears down with age, (my heater is over ten years old). I really appreciated how Deco involved me in the processes and that they had a female technician!! Jessie knows her stuff and answered all my questions. When they were at my house I was able to schedule appointments for my rentals. Deco went out to my rentals today and sent me pictures of how my units had been neglected, filters not changed, potted plants and animal hair on my a/c's. It was obvious proof why my units had been breaking down because the other company was just changing parts, but not solving the problem! Jessie told me that the plants, and animal hair are very common issues and it causes over heating and with 110 degree summers parts can not handle it and they go out. So for half of the cost of the other company Deco not only showed my tenants how to maintain the units, they left extra filters, and they educated me on how the ac and heating system worked. A+++++! Very grateful to have found Deco Air after much grief! This is my first home I ever owned and my AC has always had issues and I have never found a technician who could solve the problem. I was always having to do a band aid job to to live though the heat of the summer. My neighbor referred me to Deco air because they worked on his Mothers house. They arrived at my house on time and were very clean and presentable. They were the first technicians who arrived at my home in uniform! I told them that my AC never blew cool air and would always ice up. So they went and looked at my AC and then they put the gauges on the unit and went to look at my filter. I explained to them that my unit always iced up in the summer and it never felt like any air would come out of the vents. So each year I always had technicians add charge to it. It turns out that the charge was NEVER the problem! The unit was icing up because my coil was dirty. They told me I needed to pull out all the refrigerant and have my coil cleaned. They noticed that my compressor was making a horrible noise and that the air flow was very minimal. I was lucky they had a special camera and set it up to see my coil. Dog hair, dirt, and dust was so thick and covering my coil!!!! I guess the person before me never put in in a filter. So the technicians set out cleaning my coil and they recovered all the refrigerant in my condenser . My system was 4 pounds over charged!!!!! My poor AC! I felt so bad because I ever knew any of his. So after all the work I could feel cold air and my hair was blowing in the wind!!!! They then scaled in the exact amount of refrigerant I needed to the ounce. The worst air condition company ever. This person is dishonest and ALl ABOUT MONEY. Never recommend him to anyone or even my enemy He is a thieve and knows how to take advantage of people who do not know about the AC systems. He came to fix my AC and all was worried about is to get paid cash up front before he even touches the unit. How dishonest this can be , can not believe he is not shut down . He needs to be reported and be investigated Crock to the end. John and Jessie at DECO provide outstanding service. Recommended. My story: In mid-July, in a 100°+ heat wave, I turned on my AC for the first time of the season. Nothing happened. I called my former AC service provider and left a voicemail message. No call-back. Same the next day. The third day, their office was closed, but again the recording promised a call back if I left a message. I decided to try someone else and selected DECO. They answered the phone immediately with a live person. They made a next-day appointment. The appointment window was 2 hours, not 4 or all day. They gave me a courtesy call when they were about to arrive, and they showed up on time. They got to work on my unit right away and had it fixed in about an hour. I didn't even have time to go get the car washed while they were working! They even adjusted the freon level AFTER I'd written my check for the repairs. Jessie and John work seamlessly together as a team, and they communicate well, with each other, and with the client. They gave me honest advice about their ability to fix my elderly unit, and didn't just say "you need a new one." Now I will have time to save up for a new unit when this one finally gives up the ghost, in about 18 months. They can nurse it along until then. They also gave me honest recommendations about which brands hold up, and which ones need more repairs. I can't tell you how impressed I am with this company. They came through for me when my family really needed them. My parents are both elderly and my mom was just being released from the hospital. Their air conditioning hadn't been working for 4 days and we really wanted to get it working before my mom was released from the hospital. I called numerous air conditioning companies and Deco Heating and Air was the only company that was able to come out the very next day. Additionally, I loved the detailed questions I was asked on the phone, it told me right away they were serious about helping me and knew what they were doing! Once they arrived at my parent's house, my parents and I knew we made the right choice. Since summer is starting I wanted to make sure my air conditioner was good to go. I noticed that the air was not blowing as cold as it was last year so I called out Deco. The girl who answered the phone was extremely knowledgeable in what she was talking about. She explained everything to me and that it would only be $34 for them to come out and take a look. I like that they were direct and to the point. I also liked that the girl I spoke to on the phone was also one of my technicians so I did not have to repeat my whole ac story. My 20 year old roof top unit broke down and I was without A.C. in this heat. I had a big name A.C. company charge $80.00 to look at the unit and they said the unit needed to be replaced, can not be repaired. I called Deco as I have used them years ago and this company will repair your unit if possible. The owners John and jessee came out right away to look at the unit. I was given 3 different choices to repair the unit. It needed a compressor and because of it's age, I opted for a full rebuild at about 1/3 of the cost of a new unit or more. They went way out of their way to find the compressor in these times of supply chain problems. They returned in the heat of the day and completely rebuilt the unit and it was up and running around 6:30 PM. This 70 year old man did not have to spend another night in a house that was 92 degrees inside all night. This A/C Company is as good as it gets! I have had issues with other companies from Home Depot coming to my home and telling me that I needed everything new and my equipment was old and would not work. I found Deco online and they provided me with a same day service! I was very grateful because I have two small children and indoor pets that can not be in the heat. John and Jessie were my technicians and they arrive on time and were very professional. They quickly assessed my a/c and found that I had a bad blower motor in the garage. They also changed my filter, serviced the unit, and had the motor on the truck! I am so thankful they did not give me the run around and have to go and pick up and parts and make me wait days. As a new homeowner, I have recently acquired a lot of experience with service technicians. This experience was by far the best one I've had! My AC stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year (of course) and I called 4 different companies for service and none of them could come for at least two days. When I called Deco Air, the person I spoke with on the phone was very courteous and helped me to try to trouble shoot it over the phone. When that didn't work, she told me that there were already technicians who could be there in 10 minutes. They arrived in two minutes instead! Deco Air was a such a blessing to us today! My husband and I noticed that our air was no longer cold and went to check on the AC unit and the fan was not working. After calling another company and being told that someone could not come out until the next day in 106 degree weather, we decided to make some more calls and Deco Air was the next one on the list of local vendors. They were at our door in less than 30 min and had our unit up and running again the same day even though it was already 7.00 by the time we called! We cannot thank you enough! They were the sweetest and most pleasant pair to invite into our home and I am so grateful for all the events that aligned to bring them to our rescue today! Finally a woman air conditioning technician! I was so excited to be referred to this company by my nieighbor , who used them a few summers ago. I spoke with Jessie on the phone and was thrilled to see her and her husband both show up on time, and professionally ready to work. I had other companies come out and all they wanted to do was sell me new equipment. Turns out that Deco did what they do best they fixed it rather than push new equipment on me. Jessie had all the parts on her truck and fixed it the same day within an hour. My air conditioner stopped in the hottest weather.  The company promised me to carry out maintenance between 12:00 and 2:00 the next day, and promised to notify me half an hour in advance.  I know this is their busiest time.  I didn't expect that I would receive the call on time at 11:30. They arrived before 12 o'clock.  Their prompt response and punctuality impressed me.    Their diagnosis and repair, including the cleaning and preventive maintenance of the entire system, are neat, tidy, and very professional.    Especially discussing different repair options with us in detail is very helpful for us to make a decision that suits us.    The most worth mentioning is that when they disagree, they can seriously consider our opinions.   A week has passed and my air conditioner is working well.  There is also a one-year parts and labor guarantee. Our central a/c stopped working. At first, we had a friend of our friend work on it. Yep, we got shafted. Then we called a company we'd used for some plumbing and they do a/c. For their price I could buy a whole new system! Finally, we called Deco. They are a small husband and wife company and I liked that. They came out right away and seemed to fix the problem. A few days later, the same problem. Again, they promptly came out and welded a small but significant hole. We all thought the problem was solved. The receipt indicated that the repair was final. Besides heat stroke we were feeling rather abused when it happen AGAIN. The second I contacted Deco, they were at my house and really got the a/c working.
