When I shop for anything, I just want to look around without feeling like someone is watching me, wondering why I'm taking so long, and/or asking if I need help over and over again. I love that this was not the case here. I ran into a few workers through out the store with whom I exchanged a smile and head nod but other than that, was left alone while I perused this enormous store. Truthfully, it had been a hard year and we wanted to do something that would feel cheerful. We parked and as we were walking in someone collecting carts curtly said "we're closed". I said "oh, it says you close in 15 minutes" which she replied "yeah well, they're not going to sell you anything." Cool. We brushed it off and walked in and two employees looked at us and one said "we're closed now, not enough time to shop." So we said "we were just going to look at the Christmas trees for 5 minutes" and the woman shook her head clearly frustrated. We walked over to the Christmas tree aisle and stood in silence for a beat. My husband turned and said "this doesn't feel joyful anymore". We could have used any of the following: kindness, holiday spirit, or anyone to simply stfu and keep their misery to themselves. Instead we were called out to rudely by two separate employees. You can keep your overpriced home goods and we'll happily find somewhere else to shop.

They also have a large selection of chachkies which are a little higher priced than say At Home. Where to even start!…read more We bought a house in Travisso several years ago and came across Brandy. As you can imagine, after buying a new house it's necessary to watch your expenses. Brandy was instrumental in really showcasing the house and also watching our for our pocketbook!! Over the next few years we would upgrade different sections of the house which culminated with a state of the art smart home theater! How much did we enjoy working with Brandy? We moved to AZ, where we employed her again.! Showing her pictures of the house, we could decide on the theme, colors, etc. We brought her out for a few days for some decorating after having the interior painted. We did the same thing... after the initial design we have been remodeling portions of the house making it more modern, carrying on a largely coastal vibe. We've been doing this over live video chats as we showed her samples of slabs, different colors and so on! We are thrilled with the outcome.
