This is honestly the worst Subway I've been to. The manager is consistently rude! I've visited multiple times and the flatbread is always "defrosting," no matter what time of day I go. They never seem to have it available. I even heard another customer complain about the exact same thing. And every time, it's the same rude manager. read more

Today I visited this Subway and my experience was very disappointing. The girl who made my sandwich had no manners at all. She didn't even know how to treat a customer. First off the sour face employee taking out the fresh bread out the oven didn't comply with giving me that bread, instead I got an old stifffffff over toasted footlong bread. She had an attitude, didn't greet politely, and even after saying pleases and thank yous she couldn't even say a proper "you're welcome". I hardly use Yelp and it's really only used for when I can't think of any other way to poorly sh*t on a place for being absolutely horrible.. this is one of those times. The two children working behind the counter are the human embodiments of Beavis and Butthead. Constantly cracking jokes and not paying attention to the customers who are standing awkwardly and waiting for any service to be given. All of the produce was rancid and we literally saw flies drowning in one of their banana pepper containers. I don't know what happened between them folding the bread to wrap and put in the takeaway bag but our sandwiches looked like they were punched. We opted to not eat them because the lettuce at a closer glance was mainly brown.. Also, the lady behind us in line us said "there's no fun at work" as a nice and joking way of saying stop f*ucking around and do something and one of the kids said "it's okay I plan on quitting anyways".. you can't make this sh*t up folks I don't care how hungry you are, you're better off starving than getting a barely passable "sandwich" from this place. read more

We were treated so rudely by the guy behind the counter. We waited for awhile, see the worker pop his head out from the side room, sees we're there then doesn't come out to take our order for another few minutes. He could have said, " I'll be with you in a few minutes" or somehow acknowledged we were there. After he finally greets us we start our order. My husband asks for a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. It's 9am, so it shouldn't be a surprise we want breakfast. The workers response was "now, I can't toast that." Ohhhhhhkaaay? What does that entail? He just says the meat will be cold. I could think of a dozen other ways he could have said this in a much more polite and professional manner. He was so rude. We just left. Go to the primitive waffle house down the street. Worst Subway experience of my life. Firstly, there were 2 kids making sandwiches and 1 guy as the "cashier." There was a line of 6 people and it took almost 30 minutes to be served. The kids making sandwiches were so slow. Cracking jokes and making fun of customers as we waited and waited. The cashier took off while there was a line and announced he wouldn't be coming back. Entitled children who clearly have not been trained. Finally when it was my turn I was charged 12.50$ for a 6 inch Turkey, chips and a coke When I asked to have the coke and chips taken off, because I didn't understand why I was being charged 12$ the idiot making my sandwich said he didn't know how to refund me. My server was Leslie and she was very nice. She built my sandwich as instructed. I opted for the Rotisserie Chicken on flatbread. The chicken was perfect and the add-ons were fresh. The store was clean and is part of a truck stop (TA) so it shares real estate with another restaurant (Taco Bell). It can be a bit busy but it was not during my visit. Even though it's a small Subway, it's a great choice for that Subway fix. read more

I'm an over the road truck driver, and in the past 1.5 years it seems like they're cheating the customers on the veggies. All the other subways I've been to put 2 to 3 times the veggies on the sandwiches. I think the corporate office needs to investigate, And find out why this particular Subway Restaurant uses one third the veggies than the rest if them. I'm done going to this one. read more
