The appointment was scheduled successfully and when I got there and told them I was there for tire rotation they said "oh, we won't be able to do that today." Unsure if there was some reason they weren't able to or if they just didn't want to considering it was the day before the 4th of July, but why would you a) schedule an appointment if you couldn't do it or b) not call me to let me know it wasn't happening before I got there? I work a standard M-F 9-5 so it's not easy for me to make service appointments. I won't be coming back, because who knows if the next time I make an appointment if it will actually happen.

Goodfelo's gave us a quote of $75-$150 for the diagnostic fee which seemed reasonable compared to others. We had the check engine light on and also the TRAC off light on, they charged us $75 for our diagnostic fee. They started work on Monday and we had the car by Tuesday morning. They replaced a coil that went bad and our spark plugs which weren't causing the problem but they said they were very old and recommended it. I like that they ask you first what services you want them to perform before they just do it. Our total for diagnosis, the coil and the spark plugs was $600.
