The kids in the shop act incredibly unprofessional and one of the senior guys (Hunter maybe) kept reminding them, out loud, to "act professional". Worse the senior guy was losing his temper and yelling at them when they didn't know the car model pulling up each time. When the tech came to my window he shared the options available and pointed to the shop price board. I choose the economy option and he responded they don't have it. Interesting not to have the more affordable option at all. Checked out and when the tech came back with the paperwork he said we were finished and he would walk the car out. I reminded him I still needed my card. From there I waited another 30 mins more to be walked out. The tech said the service man was having trouble with the skid but then he whispered he took the wrong thing off and the tech responded "sometimes you have to take the wrong thing off to learn which one is right." I felt for bad service man who was struggling because he clearly needed help and no one around was trained enough to offer it. The oil change took almost an hour. Crazy disorganized for a new store and lacking mature skillsets. Avoid this place and you won't regret it.

They gave me a lot of options of places to go, but this place is just the closest and most convenient location. I made a mistake and made the appointment for one but show up at 9 AM because I've made a previous appointment that I couldn't show for and just forgot and thought I made the same appointment time despite that they still saw me and took the car in. The process was seamless give my name, car keys, and various information for the vehicle and let them know I had the package. I was in and out in like 2 hours, which for an oil change tire rotation plus I was out of pocket when I came in without the correct appointment time and its right before a holiday, so kudos to them. they didn't try to sell me on stuff that I didn't need, I know my car (Blue Thunder) feels better for it.

So I dropped the car off and I get a call five minutes later that there was an issue with the drain plug. Once I arrived. I noticed that the oil drain plug screw was spinning freely as it was stripped. So I asked the General manager how did this happen? He told me that the drain plug screw was previously stripped prior for it coming to the shop (which was clearly not because they would have noticed a leak from the plug and would have notified me in advance). So then I asked the mechanic that was doing the job what happened and he told me that once he initially cracked it loose that it free spinning after that which I have on video proof as well as my proof so in all out, I just find it unfortunate that the manager couldn't own up to their mistake And fix the situation. They recommended that I file a complaint and also that I have to drop the oil pan & replace the plug and pan. I went in for $120 oil change and left with A few $$$$ worth of damage. There was no prior oil leaks on the bottom of the motor from the drain plug area and now there's a puddle of oil in my driveway! Please be aware and do your research on these guys before you make the mistake that I did. Until this gets resolved, I will keep pushing on this situation. Now I'm left without a vehicle God bless

I asked Ivan if he was going to be able to get to my car at 3:30 PM. He told me I'd be bumped to the front of the line since I had an appointment. Ivan told me they were out of my oil so I would have to buy it off the shelf, a 6$ up charge. I returned 90 minutes later and my car was still sitting in the lot without the oil change being completed. I promptly went into the store and asked for my keys. As I did this I saw a tech running to my car to get it into the shop. I cut him off and said I was leaving. 90 minutes with an appointment, 6$ up charge and no work completed. Absolutely ridiculous.

Turns out they never changed out my part, took my part, and still charged me for a service they never did. This place is a literal scam.
