Deena, you knew exactly who I was once you saw me. The look on your face said oh F when you realized that you burned me! You were very unprofessional, if you did not want to come and groom, my dogs, you could've been professional and contacted me to tell me you did not want to come anymore instead of just not showing up. You are a coward, when I did confront you at the restaurant and asked you why you did what you did you had nothing to say but walk away. I am not the type that is going to beat you up or do anything to you but seriously, you are a horrible person, how dare you tell me it's a me problem when it's a you problem! DO NOT USE THIS MOBILE GROOMER I don't write negative reviews lightly, but I feel obligated to share my experience. I was even more sure about this after giving Deena the chance to make things right, and she refused. If I could give zero stars, I would. I've owned Pomeranians for years and always kept them on a regular grooming schedule. When my trusted groomer left to go back to school, I had to find a new one. I found Deena's mobile grooming service online. Her website looked great, and the reviews seemed promising. Deena was booked far in advance, but she messaged me about a last-minute opening on March 5th. I took it, even though I couldn't be home--my mom handled the handoff. Their mobile salon's generator didn't work, so they had to use our home's electricity. The grooming took longer than expected (about three hours instead of two), and I paid via Zelle, even adding a tip despite the high cost. The next day, I noticed one of my dogs scratching his ear. I assumed it was minor irritation, but after five days, I found something horrifying--rolled cotton wedged deep in both ears. Cotton is commonly used during grooming, but leaving it in is unacceptable. It can trap bacteria and cause infections. My poor dog endured days of discomfort, and I immediately scheduled a vet appointment. I sent Deena photos and a message expressing my disappointment. She apologized and offered a discount on the next grooming--why would I trust her again? She then claimed she tells clients to check their dog's ears, but neither my mom nor I were informed. When I requested a partial refund (not even a full one), she refused, saying she "doesn't give refunds" and wished me well. Now, I have a vet bill due to her negligence. Should I send it to her? Charge for the electricity she used? How can a business owner not stand behind their work? Avoid this groomer at all costs. read more

This was my second time using Deena's services, I was hoping to get in this week in time for a party but she had informed me she was fully booked. We ended our conversation there, but the following day she reached out to me with a cancellation and Ofcourse I accepted the time window. She arrived ON TIME, and also sent me an automated call informing me when she was on her way. Once they arrived they took both my girls in at the same time and started their work. She finished them both working 2.5 hours! And they came back looking and smelling AMAZING, sent my husband the pictures and he agreed! Her prices were very fair given I have 2 large dogs and I also gave her a well deserved tip. Our golden, Quincy, was in desperate need of a groom and I was in desperate need of a good mobile groomer. Fortunately, Aunt Lorraine came to the rescue and recommended we use Deena Dee's Mobile grooming service. I called Deena and left a message requesting an appointment. She called me back about a day or two later and gave me an appointment about a week and a half from that date. She sent over the appointment confirmation via text, and we waited anxiously for January 31st to arrive. On the morning of his appointment, Deena arrived within the allotted time frame. She took Quincy with her, and we proceeded to get ready for work while Deena did her thing. My husband and I had to leave for work, but I asked my brother to wait for Quincy, and checked with Deena to make sure this would be ok. She was very accommodating, and let me leave my credit card with my brother so that he could pay her. She was done a few hours later (he needed A LOT of work), and he literally looked like a brand new puppy! Like he had a puppy makeover! He looked adorable in the bandanna that Deena gave him and he smelled AMAZING too (or as my two year old put it, "delicious")! She was kind enough to give us a good vet referral and made great recommendations related to Quincy's ear build up. I would definitely recommend Deena to those who don't have the time to drive your pet to a groomer (or sit and wait). It's obviously pricier than those types of places, but I felt it was well worth the time saved! Will be using Deena's services from now on! :) read more

I just moved into a 3-year old home and booked Deena Dee for a grooming appointment for my dog after reading so many positive reviews on Yelp. They arrived on time, but said they needed to plug in their trailer because their generator hardly works. They left half of my home without power after trying outlets in the garage, laundry room, entry way, and kitchen including knocking out my Wi-Fi. I work from home, so I missed meetings while my boyfriend had to leave work early to come resolve the issue after Deena's husband tried to reset all the breakers and was unable to bring the power or Wi-Fi back on. Deena did a decent job grooming my dog so I gave them two stars instead of one, but the entire experience was stressful and inconvenient. I have used several mobile groomers over the years and it is unprofessional to not be prepared with your own generator. I do not recommend booking with this groomer - I know I will not be utilizing their services again. read more

CANCELED ON THE SPOT. After making an appointment, confirming appointment and waiting for groomer.. when she arrived at my house told me she couldn't groom my dog & left me hanging. Quite frustrating! Have groomed with her once before and she never told me there was an issue with my pet. Not disputing my pet may be difficult to groom which I completely understand but why would you let me make an appointment, have me confirm, wait for you and then show up at my house and say no- very poor way to do business. She has cancellation fees and expectations why shouldn't the customers as well. Very particular policies yet doesn't have the same expectation for herself. read more
