I had a wonderful first visit here. I have been searching for almost a year for a new groomer and I believe I have finally found one. My dog has never been kenneled, so finding a place that would not kennel her was very important to me. This groomer has a little play area that your pup can walk freely in before and after their appointment. Right when we walked in my dog was not scared at all, a little anxious because it was a new place but not scared. When I picked her up after her appointment she was relaxed and happy. My dog felt very safe here and she was definitely in good hands. I loved the way my dog was groomed and the amount of time and price are very reasonable. She was very responsive to my questions and she even sent me before and after photos of my pup when I was on my way to pick her up (she will give you a heads up before she is done so you can pick your dog up right after she is finished). Atmosphere in the groomer's shop was nice and clean and no hint of any odor at all which is a big plus. Another plus is that we got back our fur babies in an hour and a half--no kennel no cages. The groomer, Lee was very patient with our dogs. She said our puppy even fell asleep during the grooming. She sent us pictures of what had been done and also the before and after pictures. Save your pets dignity and your money they are very vague about the services that are included in there prices and do the bare minimum I paid $125 for a small Pomeranian to get a full wash and hair cut and some color on her ears and tail come to find out that no I only paid for a wash and a small trim of her back side and paws and that everything else is a separate charge like ear cleaning and teeth cleaning which is understandable but they didn't tell us that I feel like I got a lot less then what I paid for and on top of that they did a horrible job all her hair is uneven and she lost all volume in her hair if you want your pet to get butchered bring them here !!! read more
