My appointment was the last of the day, and the grooming was completed in about 20 minutes--much quicker than the usual 45 minutes. The result looked rushed and did not resemble the teddy bear style at all. Instead, she ended up with a narrow, poodle-like snout and a fluffy top. When I calmly expressed my concern, the response I received was dismissive ("I think she looks cute"), rather than acknowledging the issue. I was also initially blamed for trimming her hair myself, even though I clearly explained I had only lightly trimmed above her eyes and not around the nose. Eventually, the owner acknowledged that the grooming resembled a poodle cut rather than the teddy bear style I had requested. Additionally, I was told that customers typically refer to the style I wanted as a "donut" cut. As a customer, I am not familiar with specific grooming terminology and relied on clear communication describing the look I wanted. To further add to my dissatisfaction, I was charged a higher price than expected, and Coco's nails were not trimmed as part of the service. Overall, this experience was disappointing, particularly given the clear request and prior assurances.

I will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN…read more I took my maltipoo last week. I took her here maybe once before years ago. This is not my normal groomer. My dog just went to the vet for a physical exam just hours before and there were no issues. She is an indoor dog & does not socialize with any other dogs. She has never had an open wound, nor any incident with any other groomer in her life (5 years). My dog came home with cuts on her legs and face and I just found another on her ear this morning (it was masked by hair). I contacted the company and the groomer said the scab on her legs must have got caught on the clippers. She also said she doesn't like being cut on her face. I do not believe either of these statements. She has never had issue at any other groomer. My main complaint is that none of these were mentioned to me when I picked her up. It was only said after I called and told them what I found. The owner did contact me and apologize and offered to refund half the grooming price. I do appreciate that. However, Now that I found another cut on her ear, I'm honestly even more upset. There is no way that she went in there with all these cuts without my knowledge and without a licensed vet noticing them. She didn't because those cuts weren't there prior to her grooming, although the groomer claims they were. I should've have requested a full refund and medical care/products. Although I did receive an apology after contacting them, it doesn't negate this fact this shouldn't have ever happened. Now I have to spend money tend to her wounds medically and don't know what to do since this has never happened before. I'm just very irritated with the whole situation and hope I don't find any more cuts.

It seems to me that this guy is careless about these animals. I got a call 30 minutes after dropping him off which was insane to me how you can bathe, cut hair, cut nails and clean ears all in 30 minutes! I don't know if my dog was hurt with the tools but I do know that this was caused by the grooming. My dog has been knotted before and this is the first time this has happened.

The groomers name was Kaitlyn who did her and she did a great job. Very friendly, got Skye's undercoat out, and gave me a recommendation for which brush I should buy for inbetween grooms. This is definitely a great place and I highly recommend it for a professional groom or a self wash!

The feel inside is great. Roomy and clean. Each station has its own door, and you can choose between a bath tub or a flat shower type basin. The hook up system for keeping your dog tethered is great. The water temperature is adjustable, and the shower heads swivel so nicely, plus are squeeze pressure style. They had some girls doing professional grooming in the back as well as doing check out, and they were so nice. I asked one of the girls for her opinions on my dogs coat and she was really helpful. Also, this place sells items directly from FrostPaws Bakery, who I've used several times in the past for custom birthday cakes.
