I have been here about 4 times to self wash my 2 huskies and every time I go in, the owner & the staff are extremely helpful. I made an appointment today to actually get my fluffier husky done by one of the groomers because she needed some deep help with her undercoat. The groomers name was Kaitlyn who did her and she did a great job. Very friendly, got Skye's undercoat out, and gave me a recommendation for which brush I should buy for inbetween grooms. This place is an hour from me now, but its honestly probably worth the drive. I have tried a LOT of self serve dog washing places. This place checks allll the boxes. The feel inside is great. Roomy and clean. Each station has its own door, and you can choose between a bath tub or a flat shower type basin. The hook up system for keeping your dog tethered is great. The water temperature is adjustable, and the shower heads swivel so nicely, plus are squeeze pressure style. They had some girls doing professional grooming in the back as well as doing check out, and they were so nice. I asked one of the girls for her opinions on my dogs coat and she was really helpful. Since Barky's Bathtime provides all the things you need to bathe your doggos, AND they do the cleanup afterward, we decided to try it out. We chose the elevated tub which was great because we didn't need to bend over the side! Barky's provides shampoo, conditioner, scrubbers, towels, hair dryer, ear cleaner, brushes, and more. groomer was specifically asked to NOT cut any fur whatsoever as i have a longhair husky, and when we picked him up it had clearly been cut/trimmed. pup didnt really feel or smell clean, and was not fully dry when picked up as well. service was just fine, but the fact they didn't respect the request of not cutting his fur put me off from ever coming again. this groomer seems more ideal for someone with shorthair/small dogs. read more

I've been here twice already and both times I've been impressed by this place. I use the self washing stations but let me tell you I actually enjoy bathing my Goldendoodle because of all the items included. It takes us about 2 hours to completely finish bathing our doodle and not once have I ever felt rushed. The owner is delightful! She really does make us feel right at home! For $25 you get everything you need to bath your furry animals. Even incudes ear cleaning solution. The conditioner/detangler they provide is amazing! Goldendoodle approved! The haircut itself was good, but I'm giving one star due to poor communication. It felt as though the person providing updates wasn't even on-site. I was told my dog was ready for pickup, but upon arrival, I was informed they needed another 20 minutes. Since I had other errands to run, I left . After receiving another "ready" notification, they rushed me because they claimed they didn't have space for my dog. Respect is a two-way street. If my time isn't being valued, it's difficult to extend the same courtesy in return. I hope the team improves their communication and considers that clients have schedules and responsibilities outside of grooming appointments. read more

Went there today to give my Bear Bear a bath and it was super easy. Positive: It was clean. Each station is separate a secure to accommodate those who may have more than one dog. They had an expandable stair to help dogs get up to the tub. Soap is provided along with towels, scrubbers, apron, and dryer. The staff was kind, understanding and helpful. Checkout was easy! And the price was very reasonable. Negative: Not much here. The only thing I can say that might be seen as a negative is the tub is a bit high and the side of the tub was very low, so he prepared to get wet yourself. Also, if you have a big dog like me (my dog is 100lbs) and is scared to use the small stair they provided, be prepared to put your back into it (lol) to lift them up. Thankfully the staff there helped me to left him onto the tub. I would suggest if you can bring your big strong hubby or BF if you can. Overall it was very convenient and easy. It was my baby's first time being groomed by Barkys Bathtime. I just handed her over and walked away because she panics when she's away from me, but the groomer was really good with her. When I picked her up, she was happy. She's a little Chihuahua and pretty easy to groom, but they put all kinds of conditioner and shampoo and some oil for her skin and gave me recommendations about special oil to put on her skin because she I guess was having problems with her by her legs and they recommended that for her. Next time I go in, I am going to take a bath on my own in between grooming because they have self-serve dog bath stations and they have towels shampoo, conditioner, dog wash everything for you to use. When we got there, the young lady (didn't get her name ) was so kind and gentle with my girls. I felt bad because my older, bigger dog, was super stinky and dirty but she never turned her nose nor did she validate me saying how dirty my baby was.
