Customer Service is great, I have been dropping my husband's dress-shirts/sports-coat here with no problem.

I used their dry cleaning and alteration services regularly for years and was very happy with results, timing and employees. Unfortunately, they were broken into at the beginning of the year and my coat was stolen. The owner, Tim took over two months to call me to discuss- and I continued to use their services because it wasn't their fault for the homeless and bad activity happening in the area and I assumed they would take care of it especially since I was a good customer. When Tim finally got back to me, he claimed it was a blazer that was stolen and only wanted to pay me $70. My Calvin Klein long black over coat was stolen that I paid $21 to get dry cleaned and should have been paid $210 for. Tim refused to get back to me, so I have taken my business to Lone Tree Cleaners. I am more disappointed that I choose support local business and community and was treated like I was trying to get one over on the cleaners. My time is valuable and not worth the effort to take them to small claims court but poor business owners like Tim- who do not value returning customer who regularly support their business need to be called out and this is why I am leaving this review. read more

hello i've been a customer of that Cleaners for 20 years. They had a burglary break in on 4 July I had two expensive hats that were stolen. I've asked the owner to reimburse me for the stolen hats. He said he would not. I have provided proof of purchase and he still refused to pay for my stolen items not only. that he has not reimburse me the $15 that I prepaid to have them cleaned. Hello I wanted remove my first post but was not able too. Mainly because I have visited with Mr. Chang 3 times and we have come to an agreement. Like I said, I have been a Loyal customer for 25 years and this Cleaners has been a part of this community. Mr. Chang and agreed to some cash and credit for feature use. My stolen property were two hats. The first one was worth $34. it was the Las Vegas raiders 2020 inauguration hat white the second was a hat from Chrome Hearts. It was a rare hat. It cost me $500 and it can't be replaced out of production to even buy it back on eBay. It would cost me over $1000. But after more discussions with Mr. Chang, I really feel bad for what he is going through his doors and windows have broken in the past. I recently drove by and saw he had been broken into once again. I would not want to see Delta fair, cleaners, close down, like all the other businesses have closed down in this area due to crime but I get it. employees there are very nice. Stephanie is the best. When I first went there approx. 4-5 yrs ago it was the best thing going. Later it was terrible. It all depends on who is working there. My clothes would be sent home with a tag showing a stain, instead of cleaning it. You tell them what you want and they do nothing or the opposite. Hems are terrible, clothes returned stained. You think they understand what you want and write it on the ticket but they do not. Its horrible. read more

People are courteous and nice except for the gentleman who appears to be the owner. He is rude. Their is no way else of putting it. He is pushy and down right rude. I will never come hear again. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because of the rest of the staff. I don't ever play the racist card. I asked if I could pick my stuff up on a certain date which all it needed was press. He made a big deal then the person behind me asked for the same request and he told him not a problem and placed his items 2 days earlier than mine. Same amount of shirts and only press. I brought in two T-shirts I needed fixed there was two stains on the collar of the shirts. I come to pick up my shirts and there are stains on the back of my shirts which were not there, they claim I brought the shirts in like that when I did not.. They did not even check any of my items to see what it was that they needed to fix so how would they know what was there if we never even went over it together. it is very unprofessional and they need to start checking the items before they work on them so at least there's no confusion. if I can give this place a no Star I would but unfortunately I have to give them at least one I wish I can give them a -5 the service is terrible and the boss himself said he couldn't do anything for me not even refund the price it cost to get the shirts cleaned fuck this dry cleaners please do not go there they will ruin your stuff read more

Have been using this place off and on for years, never any problems, mostly just washing and pressing dress shirts.

My personal experience here is that they're kind and get the job done. The pricing is very reasonable. I am very pleased with all the alterations they have done on my clothes. I highly recommend this cleaner to everyone. I give this cleaner 5 stars for sure. read more

This place is horrible. The customer service is even worse. I brought my shirts in to be cleaned. Two of my shirts has French Cuffs. When I went to pick them up, OMG, the cuffs were turned up and not pressed. It was horrible. So I left them there to be done right. I go again to pick them up and he did nothing, all he did was put a clip on the cuffs. REALLY? He told me he could not fix the problem.......REALLY?. The owners of a cleaners actually told me...get this.... its the fabric. This cleaners cant handle 100% cotton. And to top it off he wanted me to pay more than the original ticket. REALLY? This guy does not get it. They are here for US!!!!! We are not there for him. If he cant do the job right and treat his clients with respect he needs to go. This place needs to close. Had a summer pair of pants altered here approximately 2-3 weeks ago and wore them 1 time. The bimboette who measured them either measured wrong or wrote the wrong measurement down. She even repeated 29" to me but 28" was written on the slip and put into their computer. Regardless, the pants are TOO SHORT! Today I went back and instead of fixing their mistake, he chose to argue with the customer. The pants are RUINED! You just lost a customer. THIS ISN'T THE FIRST TIME YOUR ALTERATIONS PERSON AS SCREWED UP ONE OF MY GARMENTS. Needless to say -- I'LL BE FINDING A NEW DRY CLEANERS! read more
