I decided to wait bc I had my mom with me and it would be less running around. While waiting, I also spoke with Patrick their General Manager, and Tony their Manager. All 3 were very friendly and kind. They answered all my questions, and explained everything. I had my elderly mom with me and these guys had a lot of patience. What I really loved about Apex is besides selling tires, they take pictures of what's wrong with your vehicle and add it to your online profile account so you can see up close and personal what's wrong and the parts they replaced. This place seems to be very honest and truthful which is rare. They will also give you an estimate.You can go online to see all work done. I highly recommend making an appointment. This place gets very busy. They have two buildings. One in the front of the driveway, and one towards the back. The actual entrance is in the front building. They have a small waiting area. My car was kept in their shop for almost two months, and after calling every day, I was given excuse after excuse. When I finally got my car back, I found out that they had broken my window and didn't even bother to tell me about it. Polite, efficient and fast, they took my keys and in less an 20 minutes from arrival they had fixed my tire and got me on the road before 6pm.
