I will never take my vehicle to this location again. When I first brought my car in for an alignment at the Kingdom location on Hillsboro in Deerfield Beach, the service was performed properly. However, the mechanic advised me that I should replace the tie rods and informed me that the alignment carried a three-month warranty, allowing me to return for another alignment after replacing the parts. I replaced the parts and returned for the alignment, but the result was extremely poor. When the steering wheel is centered, the car pulls to the right. I then took the vehicle to the Kingdom location at Sandalfoot Plaza in Boca Raton, and the problem remained exactly the same, in addition to the damage caused to the new nuts I had installed. To my surprise, two days later, when I went to change my oil, I found the oil filter with clear impact marks, severely dented, and the oil drain plug completely loose. I am certain this was caused by your staff, as I had personally performed the previous oil change on my vehicle. At this time, I am unable to determine which of the two locations committed this serious and unacceptable act, but the fact remains that my vehicle was tampered with, creating a significant safety risk. read more

Let me start by saying there is no back entrance. The only entrance is by Hillsboro. There is a connecting storage place behind. They do have a connecting parking section that is closed by a gate. The place was easy to find it's by the railroad line. I had made an appointment online, but I came earlier. He worker took a look at my truck and gave me advice on maintenance services. He sounded knowledgeable. I was taken right away. I waited inside. The waiting area was pleasant. It had a tv and water machine. The chairs felt comfortable. I did not have to wait long. The staff was friendly and professional. I was happy with the work. This place is conveniently located right across from a plaza with a restaurant and stores. No calls until I called them mid day Sunday, only to find out they hadn't done any work, didn't even order my new tires yet. You also responded to my complaint (below) a few hours later, provided a number to call and when I did, the guy who answered with Mavis Tires, somewhere up in NY, although nice enough and apologetic, never even heard of Tire Kingdom before and couldn't help one bit. I went in to tire Kingdom for a simple flat tire repair and after barely examining my tire they told me that they wouldn't be able to repair the tire because my tire was made of plastic and their machine will break it. When I asked them if it was their machinery or my tire they told me it was my tire and that no one in the area or anybody that repairs tires would fix it. Then they told me that the only option would be that I would buy a new tire and that they could order it for me and repair for me on premises and that I should go in to schedule an appointment for a brand new tire. This is after two trashy flirty disgusting guys gathering even make eye contact nor explain anything that they were saying to me, and they were discussing amongst each other whispering in each other's ears, that I decided that It was time for me to leave. It is very clear to me that they just want to take advantage of people and that is incredibly horrible business practices. I am writing this as I just got back from repairing my flat tire at another tire place for $15, in a repair shop literally four blocks away from them. To say that this place sucks is a complete and utter understatement. They need new staff and new management for certain. The girl and guy in the front are very welcoming and helpful. They held special order tires for me for over a month at no charge while I was in travel. They had to special order Vogue tires for my old Caddy but gave me a much better price than another local joint. Shop is clean and prices are more than reasonable. Thank you Tire Kingdom for being open on a Sunday AND Memorial Day Weekend! Our battery had been giving us some trouble for the past week and on a Sunday it decided to get even worse. We were in Deerfield/Pompano area exploring around when we decided it needed to be fixed ASAP. After going to Advanced Auto Parts and them telling us they would not install a new battery in our car even though they had one, I decided to call every auto shop around the area. No luck... At ANY of them! Since shutting our car off wasn't an options when we knew it wouldn't start again we decided to head home. Not even a mile down the road from AAP we found Tire Kingdom open!!! Life Savor! They quoted us a price and said it would probably be atleast a hour before they even got the battery. It had to be done so we waited in their waiting area equip with a tv, kurig, bathrooms, water, and comfy chairs! The service was friendly and quick! He asked if we were ready to go after only being there for 30 mins. I was shocked by the speed of our transaction!! The guy helping us even took off half the labor cost for us! I did my due diligence and found their prices for an alignment, tires and installation to be the best. Some places wouldn't quote a price for a front end alignment stating "depends on how much adjustment needs to be done". It turns out one side of my front end was VERY much out of alignment and took a little more time and effort, but the price didn't change. I was a walk in, no appointment and was told my alignment and two tire replacements would take about an hour and a half, so I waited and it was a little less than that. I have been needing 2 new front tires for a few month's now. Saturday my car decided it was time to correct this problem by leaving me a flat tire. Now I know I shouldn't wait so long to replace my tires but lets be honest its usually a pain to be car-less here in south Florida. In this case I had no choice so I took the car over to the closest tire place to my new apartment. This isn't the first time I have been to a tire kingdom but it was my first time to this location. I called first to get prices and to confirm they could finish the work that day since it was already 3pm and I needed an oil change as well (might as well get it done right?!). The guys at this location were very friendly. The guy knew I forgot my coupon so he hooked me up with a free oil change and was really nice telling me to be carful driving especially in Florida with bald tires like he was my dad. They finished all the work in under 2 hours which I thought was pretty good considering I just showed up on a busy Saturday afternoon. Brought my truck here twice. Both times it had the same oil leak. However, the second time they said they couldn't do the oil change due to the oil leak. Never heard this before. My truck has had an oil leak for years and was never turned away for an oil change. So if you have an oil leak don't take your vehicle here. On Father's Day I came in for an issue with a tire. They not only alerted me to the fact that my back breaks were 90% gone and showed me the difference... They went above and beyond for another customer... While I was waiting 2 women in their 70's/80's came in around 4:00p (they close at 6) saying they needed a starter. The associate said they probably wouldn't be able to get the part this late in the day. He went outside double checked and indeed it was her starter. He gave her a quote and told her that he would get the part picked up and they would have it done today. He could have just said come back tomorrow but he went that extra mile for the 2 ladies and it will take them past closing to get the job complete. If that's not customer service.... Took my car there with severe oil leak. After waiting over one hour was told that oil was leaking from multiple locations as the car had high mileage on it. After being given the price of over $1000 I decided to flatbed my car to my cousins shop in Stuart I received a phone call from my cousin laughingly telling me that the leak was from an oil filter that had a hole in it obviously caused by debris in the road. So for the cost of $12 the oil leak is solved by replacing the oil filter and I will never go to tire Kingdom again for anything read more

Let me start off by saying the two stars is not reflective of the local outlet. They were competent and professional and subjected me only to a minimum of upselling. It is really more about the company itself. I had neglected rotating my tires and my fronts had really worn out at under 25K miles. The backs probably have another 10K if they stay on the rear. Normally I get my tires at one of the warehouse clubs - good transparent pricing, no upselling and no hidden charges. I ordered a full set online at one of the clubs (it was a screaming deal with a manufacturers coupon). Twice the order was cancelled due to supply issues. So, I decided to just replace the fronts and do the full swap in a year or so. Tire Kingdom had some less expensive tires at a reasonable price on its website, so I ordered online and scheduled an install. When I got there I found out that even though I declined the tire pressure sensor service - it was "required" on all cars that have the sensors. That and separate charges for balancing (not included in the install) brought the install to $25 per tire vs. the warehouse clubs $15 (which also includes road hazard coverage that I declined here at an additional cost). None of this was made clear on the website and it should have been. But wait there is more... I wanted the new tires on the front wheels - I would get far more mileage out of the older tires on the rear. They wouldn't do it. Something about a corporate policy that newest tires must go on the rear. I won't get into the theory about that, but I even offered to sign a waiver (not unlike the one they asked me to sign in declining the wheel alignment), but they said no. They did tell me I get free tire rotation, so I could come back tomorrow and get them swapped. I did do that, but that wasted 30 minutes of my time, which has a value. A silly exercise. At the end of the day, I see no reason to consider them when compared to the warehouse clubs when it comes to tires. read more

One mechanic and the supervisor. You would think that since mine would only take 15min. One would knock that out and do the other that's won't be done till tomorrow. I left and came back 2 hours and a half later to find they didnt even move my car from where I left it parked. Not to mention they said my car only takes synthetic oil.
