Ice cold beers on tap in the pub then walked upstairs to our comfortable room. Really felt like I was in Ireland or the UK. The bathroom could be a little nicer in the room but it was very clean with a comfortable bed although small. Dining on the terrace is wonderful except for the flies. I don't think that can be helped; the spectacular views helped. We had a total of three meals--two breakfasts and one dinner. Breakfast was fabulous. Recommend the omelette with everything. Dinner was good my husband had the sea bass and I had soup, salad and Brussels. Expensive and small portions but good. Very impressed with the pro shop selection for women. I love the shamrock emblem anyway but lots of different and high quality clothes to choose from. Wished there were more medium/size 6 options. Two thumbs up for the hotdogs with pretzel bun option at the turn.

Once we checked in, the guy told us we would be teeing off in "a little bit". Our tee time was for 1:16, and we checked in at about 1:05 ish. We then went to our car and grabbed our bags, and we pull up to the tee box before our tee time, at 1:14. We get there and the ranger is screaming at us saying that we are way late and that the whole course is now backed up, while swearing the whole time. He kept yelling at us as we tried to hustle, and he even made us skip the first hole while we still payed for the full 9 holes. Keep in mind that we were at the tee box ready to go, BEFORE OUR TEE TIME. Once we passed the first hole, there were already at least 2-3 groups waiting at the tee box for hole 3, and two other groups already on hole 2, so the hole course was backed up already. Then, about halfway through the round, I got yelled at and heckled by the group behind us for "playing too slow" when there were literally groups in front of us. If anything we were almost hitting into the group in front of us, but I guess that doesn't matter to whoever was behind us. My experience was terrible and I will never be coming back again.

The people throughout all departments were helpful towards me and my group. To extend my argument towards the perfect rating the course was well groomed and well kept. player issues such as divots in the greens could be chalked up to unclassy players.

Fairways and rough were fair, although be careful, some fairways were rather narrow and I spent a bit of time in the trees. Staff was very friendly. The grounds crew was respectful in holding mowing and such when we were hitting our shots. There are a few blind shots which are always tough for first time players, but we figured out most holes. Some pretty signature holes with lots of water on the back nine. Glad we could give this course a shot. We would definitely play again.

Unless it was free, we wouldn't return considering all the other options available elsewhere.

At KM even on a busy day we can always finish in around 4 15. The course is in excellent shape this year. Great value for the price steve
