Since there appears to be only one technician on site, 1 was left confused, as there was no follow-up regarding what service I was requesting, how long the wait time might be, or whether there was an option to return at a different time. The interaction felt rushed and unwelcoming, which came across as unprofessional. Even for a brief service like eyebrow threading, clear communication and basic customer courtesy are important. I value transparency and professionalism when choosing a business, and unfortunately that was lacking during my visits.
