We went to Pet World and picked up a some accessories and some live crickets and meal worms. The accessories seemed a little on the steep side, but what do I know. The staff were not very responsive/friendly, but neither were they rude. They just seemed... uninterested? Oh well. We returned a couple more times for the live food; and were in and out in no time. Her tree frog passed away and we may try the experiment again this summer and if we do we'll return here for the frog chow.

Anthony helped us and he was sooo knowledgeable. He found our water perfect, and asked which fish we had. We then found out they weren't really compatible, and so that's why they most likely died. The guy at another store told us they all worked together. We purchased five more, and we were told there's a week warranty, no questions asked. This store is always busy, and getting busier every time I go. But the staff is always very polite,…read moreand willing to go above and beyond to help. And the manager is the nicest Pet store manager I have ever dealt with. When I got out of high school I worked at a pet shop for two years, so I know it is a high demand, and very low pay job. So the majority of people that work there, is usually a labor of love. I have seen some customers get frustrated with some of the staff. And I could see that they,(the customer) was just unaware of the fact that the staff is always super busy trying to help someone, and then help the next one. They are doing their best under increasingly busier and busier Conditions. But every worker that has ever helped me was polite, and not only did their job. But did everything they to could help me. And answer my questions. I mostly go for live crickets. That are usually delivered on Tuesday. And they usually run out between Thursday and Saturday before the next delivery. But I've been there for everything from aquarium supplies for my fish, items for my chickens, and items for my cat. They have a very good selection. And good variety. Better than most pet stores, that only carry cat and dog food.

The customer service I received was horrible, I'll drive the 25 minutes into Brandon for petco and petsmart before I come back to this store. I'd give it zero stars if I could. And do better at enriching your enclosures. Especially the reptiles. Pathetic, I feel horrible for the way those animals are kept.
