The intention is to ensure clients/customers like myself know what to expect when booking appointments, or avoid unnecessary bad interactions. For this reason, not all my feedback is positive, but the goal is to help businesses improve the customer's experience. Thankfully, this was NOT the case with AOF, because they exceeded my expectations. I found AOF on Instagram searching with the hashtag #ombrebrows and #eyelashextensions. I was first impressed with how clean and professional their social media page was displayed. Most pages I previously found with the same hashtags always seemed to be missing information that I needed to make an informed decision when booking services. There was either not enough pictures of their work, unclear on services offered and how to book, or the posts were unorganized and looked very "spammy" on the page. However, this was not the case with AOF. The page was VERY clean and professional. They included BEFORE and AFTER photos of each client they performed services on. Each photo included a description of what the client booked, and the price. This made the booking process EXTREMELY user friendly because you did not have to guess which service to select. I also love that they show clients ranging in age and various skin tones, to have an idea of how things will look on you. The other major difference that set them apart was the booking process. The link for booking was included in the bio at the top of the page, with deposit instructions stated clearly, as well as, after care instructions for the Ombré Brows. This showed me they really prioritize the customer's health and safety. When arriving to my appointment, I was pleasantly surprised with decor of the suite and the ambiance that it created in the service and waiting areas. The suite was clean, sanitized, and Covid-19 friendly. There were two women that worked on me, Brittany and Ceon. They were super friendly, and greeted me with a warm welcome. They looked very professional, and wore shirts with business logos and it really added that extra layer of professionalism. Brittany did my lashes, and Ceon did my brows, and they are great at what they do. I was so in love with both services and how they turned out! They used great products, because I have had no problems with my lashes falling off or anything irritating my skin around my eyes or brows. They have definitely gained a long term client, and I look forward to booking my next appointment. I would DEFINITELY recommend using them! They are a one-stop-shop! What I can tell you is that Terry is truly the best and I have been going to her for too many years to count. We met when she was with Dr. Kornberg and her facial was part of my teenage daughter's regime for acne problems. My son, (now 30) started with Terry when he was thirteen and saw her VERY often because he was truly too lazy to wash and care for his face. She somehow managed to keep his acne under control???, and I assure you it was not an easy task. He lovingly called her the Queen of Torture, which always gave me a smile! We followed her to Dr Post and again when she branched out to her own spa. I still see Terry for skin maintenance and I know my skin looks younger than my age because of her treatments and suggestions. There are basics that will never change in skin care that she addresses and then there are the hundreds of new discoveries available. Terry is always researching the truths from the frauds. This is only part of her constant strive to be the best for her clients through education. Several years ago she decided to return to school and complete her nursing degree. I was very impressed that she found the time to finish nursing school with a family, a young son and a spa business....VERY IMPRESSIVE! So, I highly recommend Terry for clients of all ages. I was looking forward to seeing a significant improvement in the texture, dark spots, and redness. Unfortunately, I do not see any difference. The face scan showed about a 6% improvement. Had I known that improvements could be so low and still considered a "good result" I would be never gone into more debt to get Moxi/BBL. Disappointed is an understatement. Now I have to make payments for services that didn't have an improvement seen with the naked eye. 3 sessions a year is their Max per year but I don't see any reason to come back next year for a couple of percentage points improvement. I did a couple of sessions for woman's intimate services and felt it did work for a couple of months. I did the service that stimulated nerves. The technician was very sweet and helped me manage the pain.

They didn't even offer me the option to cut it from a three pack to one.... just that they we would not help me! I was shocked when I saw her walk out on stage--the curls were practically gone, and her hair looked frizzy and unpolished, almost as if she had just rolled out of bed. We had scheduled her hair and makeup touch-up for 1:30 p.m., and she was on stage by 2:00 p.m.--the style barely held up for 30 minutes. Considering the significant time, effort, and money we invested in preparing for this pageant, this was a huge letdown. I booked Andrea for the entire weekend, and when I brought up my concerns on Saturday, she suggested we leave the pins in longer before going on stage--which left me wondering why that wasn't done in the first place. While I appreciated the adjustment the next day, it didn't change the fact that the most important day was a total disappointment. If you need hair and makeup that actually lasts, I would not recommend booking here. I rarely leave reviews, but it's incredibly frustrating when a business doesn't deliver the quality you paid for and ignores your concerns when you reach out. I hope Andrea makes this right. Update: Andrea offered a 50% refund for my daughter's hair, but only on the condition that I remove my review, not because she took full accountability for how her work impacted my daughter's chances of placing as a finalist at Miss Texas Teen. Due to her lack of communication when I first messaged her about my concerns with the hair, I hadn't even had a chance to address the makeup until later. It wasn't until we picked my daughter up on the final day of the pageant that I realized how cakey and uneven the makeup was, patchy in some areas, completely gone in others. I sent Andrea photos (which I will not post publicly because my daughter is a minor), and her response was that my daughter never mentioned any issues. Well, my daughter is a teenager who knows very little about hair and makeup, and she didn't say anything at the time because we aren't the type to complain. That said, I would expect a professional to recognize and correct those issues without needing to be told. I paid $840 for poor-quality hair and makeup and a frustrating overall experience. Don't waste your money--lesson learned!
