My first experience at Deka Lash was great! Everyone was so welcoming. I walked in during training and even the girls training were super sweet! Jazmine, my lash stylist, made me comfortable. She was really sweet and explained everything to me. When she stepped away from her station, the other lash stylist next to her asked if I wanted a blanket. Everyone was so warm. Highly Disappointed:/ I went in optimistic I got a full set of eye lash extensions on 12/24/17. I am someone who gets my lashes done often so I know what to expect. The facility was absolutely beautiful, clean and organized and my tech Capri was extremely nice hence the two star rating. However, after two hours of lashing I was expecting a full set of eyelashes. Instead they were very sparse, even after she did another "mini fill" and most importantly they only lasted 3 days. It's been exactly 9 days since I've had my service and I have no lash extensions left=( That is unacceptable! It's standard for a full set to last 1 1/2 to to 2 weeks before you need a touch up/fill in, there's currently nothing to fill in. Also, I know how to maintain them properly...It's a shame because I planned on getting their unlimited membership! And so My quest for a great lash tech continues. .. read more

OMG don't come here! This place has utter disregard for the health of your lash. Millie applied primer to my eye that BURNED. It has been two weeks and my eyes BURN WHEN I CRY OR MY EYES WATER!! She did NOT apply my lashes in a cat eye as we discussed. She taped my eyes so uncomfortably that I sat in agony for ONE HOUR. She rushed through after care and when she could not sell me a membership or any of their products, she dismissed me and failed to truly educate me on after lash maintenance. After I left, I had clusters, CLUSTERS of lashes fall out of one eye. As if this wasn't terrible enough, this company was so unwilling to work to fix their quality issue. FFW now I have paid to get the REMOVED and there is so much ADHESIVE on my lashes that it looks comical. Her installation was so heavy on my lashes that it has created premature fall out on my lashes. Do not go here. I implore you! read more

This was my first time having my lashes done. I was really nervous about a couple of things, about having them be noticeable but natural at the same time as well as them staying put and not falling out like some reviews had mentioned. But, on my first trip to Deka Lash, Tori did my lashes and they were amazing ! I am officially addicted to lash extensions. And they have not at all gone down in volume since I got them! Tori was also really great, it was my first time with this whole experience and she did a great job explaining as well as her technique was very gentle and she carefully listened to what I wanted and suggested what she thought might look good according to what I told her and now I have the most perfect lashes :) read more

I've been getting my lashes done for over a year. I wanted to give them a shot. Very clean modern facility and reception was very nice. It took over 2hours to get my lashes done. The Artist took several breaks and did not walk me through what she was doing, if she took a break or what. My lashes are uneven and sparse. For something as important as lashes I will be sure to choose someone with more experience. $100 down the drain.. read more

For the price, this place is great for first time customers (I got a groupon). However, I would never pay full price to come here again, as I've gotten many extensions in the past and I found this place to have put them on too far from the root resulting in them looking sideways and weirdly long soon after the appointment. For a two hour appointment I would also have expected many more lashes, I've gotten them done in an hour with the same results as here. dee was perfect I got a 2 hr training free set and it was utterly beautiful only thing that irritated me was the girls talking next to me they were employees doing eachothers eyelashes and I had my airpods on noise cancellation and I could still hear them other than that dee was wonderful read more

I've been going to deka lash for several years and absolutely love it. Capri is an amazing lash artist! I totally agree with the other reviews about trying not to get your lashes wet for at least the first 24 hours, preferably 48. If you're careful about this your lashes will last. Also, regarding the lady with the baby, I'm not sure why someone would bring a baby to an hour long appointment where you need to keep your eyes closed. Seems weird. I've never seen any children in this lash studio which is what I would expect. read more

Very disappointing. I have been getting my lashes done regularly for the past 2 years at this location. Always tipped well. Most appointments I brought my daughter with me. That was why I got the membership in the first place- because they were cool with me bringing my kid. The staff was welcoming to me with my little one. My daughter was ALWAYS buckled in safely and securely to either her infant car seat or her stroller. My children didn't scream or cry, just talking and some baby noises. I had my second child and brought her, ALWAYS safely and securely strapped in to infant car seat. I was not told by any staff member EVER that I was not able to bring either of my girls. The last few sessions they just said that my little one (I would only have one with me at an appointment) needed to be out of the lashing area. I even placed her, in seat, at foot of chair and by bench across from chair. The staff members were the ones who had me move her closer. At a recent appointment the staff member doing my lashes even said I could have my newborn on my chest during the appointment. I showed up on time for my lash appointment and they refused to lash me because I brought my infant with me, safely and securely buckled in her infant car seat. They have my contact information and knew I usually had one of my daughters with me. They could have called to tell me or email me the new rule. Never was I told I was not allowed to bring a child with me- until this last appointment. I called and cancelled my membership immediately and was told it takes 30 days. Guess who has charged me for another month after the 30 days notice? Deka Lash. Very shifty. A few days after being refused service, a friend was walking by and saw young children there. Why was I singled out? Poor customer service and poor communication. If you don't want children there, say so in the beginning and be very clear. NOT CHILD OR MOTHER OF YOUNG CHILDREN FRIENDLY. In the long run, Latisse is cheaper (money and time) and doesn't leave your lashes weak and short. read more

I've always been nervous about getting individual lashes done. Dekalash completely took any doubts and worries I had away. From the initial phone to make my appointment to paying for my services I felt like they were my best friends. So positive and happy! Beyond nice and helpful. When I scheduled to make an appointment I told receptionist I needed a 3week fill in and possibly new set. She made my appointment at 7, when I got there the technician mentioned I needed a new set since more than 50% of old lashes were off, but she said they closed in an hour and would just do the fill in. I was really disappointment because my lashes now are different sizes and because she didn't have time to take them off and start a new set she did the fill in, but with a completely different size. She was sweet and even apologized multiple times for how they looked. I unfortunately will not be coming back, I feel like they should've rescheduled my appointment vs starting the fill in knowing it wouldn't look good. UPDATE: Alisha reached out to me after the review and explained the 7 day guarantee. I went back and they did a new set, I will definitely be coming back and I appreciate their attention to customer service and their concern about my experience. Worst experience I have had a lash studio. When I got home I saw how horrible they looked. Lots of spacing, glue clumps and just plain messy. I went back the same day to ask her to fix it and she tried, but they still looked like a hot mess. The next day they started falling out but I didn't go back because I went out of town. Now, exactly 7 days later, they are all gone except maybe 5 lashes. I went back today to ask if they could remove the last 5 lashes because they were hurting. They told me it would be another $30. for the last 5 lashes. I asked if it was normal for they to fall out so soon after getting them done and she said yes. Really?.. because that's not what they advertise. I feel that from the beginning I was lied to, they really couldn't care less about their clients and the manager was rude and dismisive. She was not the least bit willing to listen to my concerns. I even called cooperate, and they really didn't care either. Cooperate said they are all privately owned so they have no control over customer service. My advice.. stay away and don't waste your money like I did. read more

I purchased a full set classic lash here and my experience was a little off, bekah was my lash tech during my first appointment. I think she was new and maybe not experienced enough or fully trained. The individuals were placed way too far from the base of the lash line which caused extra pulling weight on my natural lashes and the curl and length looked way more dramatic because of it. I had originally asked for subtle so it was just too much for my eye shape and to wear to work. I tried to give them a chance for a few days but decided I couldn't go back to work with them so I had a friend more familiar with lashes trim them and make them look more appropriate. ( there was also too much shedding going on too quickly probably due to the weight) I did call Deka Lash and express my concerns asking for a refund but management insisted I come back and have them do it again. I wasn't able to make it out to the area for a few weeks because of work and the person I spoke with on the phone expressed no concern about this. I ended up calling a day ahead to make the new appointment and they said they pulled up the notes left on my account and that it was fine so I made the trip out to get my moneys worth. I would have preferred the refund because I didn't want to risk any further damage to the natural lash and I thought going back to the lash tech would have been a little awkward for both of us. But they assigned me a new lash tech gege kankman, she was actually great! I was very happy with the end result and I felt very comfortable with her! Now the reason for the two stars is because of the manager. After everything was so called approved and I sat down to begin she then came up to us to let me know that there were no approved notes and that I had waited too long to come back for them and that she wasn't going to pay for my lashes which I thought was a little rude. She proceeded to joke around saying if I pay for yours then everyone will just walk in here thinking they can get a free set...? Because I had already made the trip out I agreed to just pay for them again at the starting price just to get something accomplished that day but I was pretty bothered about it. I don't care what you do on your breaks but if your hands are going to be in someone's face, wash you hands thoroughly or wear gloves. I found this place through a Groupon. It was my first time ever getting my own lashes done, I had attempted to learn to be a lash stylist myself but beware-- I got scammed into buying an $1800 lash learning kit and never got employed. Anyways, Jazmine was awesome. She gave me exactly what I wanted. Which was dramatic enough for my eyes to pop and people to notice, but not too ridiculous as I am going on a beach trip and just didn't want to have to worry about mascara. I will say that I am just an easy client no matter if it comes to hair, nails, or restaurants.. but I will definitely be back to Deka Lash! This is the worst place to get your lashes done. I was a monthly paying customer until I realized all my lashes would fall out in 2-3 days. I decided to cancel my membership only for them to tell me that they had a 30 day cancellation policy. So, they told me I had 4 fills. I used two so I assumed I had two left. I book my appointment and then am told I owe $70 for the fill. I called Deka lash customer service and they told me they made a mistake in the system. The lady on the phone, Christine, didn't do anything for me. Today I talked to Nicole who didn't help at all and said I saved "$35". I don't care. I was told something completely different TWICE and was not satisfied at all with my lashes especially since they don't last two weeks like it says on their website. They would not even consider offering me a refund even after I asked for one. I was completely mistreated. Do not go here. Save your money and go somewhere where you can get your lashes cuter and only pay $45 for a fill.. read more

What you fail to mention in your reply is that when my husband called to book the appointment, he specifically asked if I could come in a few days early and the customer service rep said YES, no problem! 100% it was implied that this appointment would count as my 1 of 2 for the following month. Then when I arrived I was told that the call center doesn't have the authority to make this arrangement. Since I rearranged my schedule and took time out of my day to drive over and a Deka Lash employee had already said yes, how does this not become your problem to find a solution where I'm left satisfied? Also, when I was I the store and was now being told that I had to pay for the fill I suggested paying for my monthly membership 3 days early so I could get the benefits but was told that was not an option so your risk of me never coming back and me stealing from you was ZERO.
