I came in for a lash lift with Natasha using a Groupon deal. She was very sweet and kind during the appointment, but the service itself was awful. During the lift, she accidentally spilled a large amount of solution on my left eye I could feel it running onto my eyelid, and that lash line has been sore ever since. On top of that, the results barely lasted. Within a week, my lashes dropped almost completely flat and are uneven one eye has a slight curl while the other is straight. I followed all the aftercare instructions, but the lift still failed. A lash lift should last 6-8 weeks, not a few days. Even though Natasha was nice, I'm extremely unhappy with the outcome and wouldn't recommend this place for lash lifts, Groupon or not. read more

To be honest, this is an overpriced, low quality mill. They have amazing service, and they are extra nice. I'm only talking about the quality of the product itself. Maybe, because they're chain. They take three lashes and put it on one, fell out in two weeks and gave me allergic reaction. I have found a a sole proprietor in Walnut Creek, and the quality really cannot compare. She carefully puts each lash on your own and she uses quality glue. My lashes look amazingly natural now and stay safely in place for almost 2 months. read more

I came here about a year ago. Came for a total of 2-3 times before I stopped coming. One tech would lay her hand on my eye which hurt my eye, she also did not wear a mask and kept breathing onto my face. Another tech used lash glue remover during my refill (for when she made a mistake). The chemical hurt my eye so bad that my eye was red and painful for the next few days. I emailed deka but they refused to refund my subscription. They just told me to use it at another location if I do not like this one. read more

Please don't go here. I've been here several times and it's a hit or miss. . Do not get the Groupon deal because they don't honor it. On Groupon they don't tell you everything when you call Deka tThey won't honor it. They'll come up with an excuse They're the most expensive Lash place between here and San Jose. I found many other places that are way cheaper and the thing is for their high prices. They aren't even that good. The place isn't even that clean. I went there one time and a girl was eating her lunch over my face and it smelt like fish This place trust me is totally overpriced and it's not worth it for what they offer. It's like the only place in Fremont that's why they charge the prices but their customer service is horrible. Don't waste your money keep looking . Trust me go to Sephora and Fremont and just pay $15 for the strip lashes. They'll look better than what Deka can do read more

Came here from a promo I saw at Fb. The promo says full volume but what I got didn't have any volume. It looks like a natural lash. It's so light that it doesn't even look that I have lashes on. Beyond disappointed, my normal lashes even if it's classic it's dark and would start shedding after 2 weeks, the one I had it done with this location after a day it start falling off. I didn't get the look I was looking forward to for the event I was going to on Saturday. I got my lashes done Thursday afternoon and my lashes start falling apart the next day! I came to the place with a little bit of lashes left from a different lashes company. Usually, when a technician removes any lashes they would use a remover spray but the technician that was assigned to be just start plucking it without any spray! Also, I'm glad that she sanitize her hands but the smell of it it's too strong for my nose that it gave me headache! Julianna, my lashes technician, seems that she only put a little bit of lashes on me. It didn't go all the way! I told her from the start that I want a dramatic lashes meaning I want volume and wispy! When I asked her about it she just told me that's it's not part of the promotion. She should have told me and explain that to me in the beginning. I would have paid her extra as long as I get the look I wanted! I went here 3 weeks ago and had my lash extension done.I booked the classic lash extension. My technician did not ask me anything in terms of look that i want, so i just ask questions so that i can arrive with a look that will suit me. I noticed that my technician was a bit in a rush (maybe because my appointment was the superbowl sunday and i was the last customer). The service was done less done 1 hr so i thought ok maybe i have less lashes that's why. Initially i liked the look of the finished service but i felt that there's a poking feeling so my technician corrected it. It felt better a little so i decided to just go ahead and pay. I was a first time client so i booked the "1st time client discount" then when i am paying the balance i was a bit surprised that i was charged the regular price and given the brush and soap wihout asking me first. I tried asking for the discount but they were hesitant so i just said "ok" with the regular price so that i can go home in time for the Superbowl. When i get to my car i took a closer look at my lashes and i noticed what felt like "poking in my eye" the lashes were glued on my skin! I decide to just let it be and just schedule a new appointment to correct it the next day since i know that they are closing already. I also realized i left my tumbler so i know i will come back. When i got home few of the lashes fell out so i thought maybe it is normal because again i have thin lashes. The next day i tried calling to make an appointment but i was directed to a centralized phone line so i was instructed to wait for the call back regarding the appointment and for my tumbler. And i was told try brushing my lash to for "poking" feeling problem. After 24hr i washed the face to try if the poking will go away but it did not help and since there is still no feedback from the Deka fremont i decided to just pull whats glued on my skin and the relief was instant. By this time there are more lashes fell of so i know i really needed the appointment. 2 days later still no call and i have a travel coming up so i just given up the chance of getting an appointment. I am now contemplating if its still worth going back or just have my few lashes removed by other salon. Still no news on my tumbler. read more

I was excited to try Deka Lash since it was close to my house. The cost is a bit pricier than where I had gone before, but I thought I would give them a try since it waa more convenient. I arrived 15 min before my scheduled appointment. My lash technician was almost 15 min late. Once my appointment started, I pointed out that my eyelashes are really straight. I made sure that I did not curl them so she could see them natural. There was no conversation as to what kind of lift I would want (type of curl). I figured she would do what was best (my bad). Once the lashes were done, she gave me the mirror to see the results, I looked and didn't see any significant curl. I said to her that it doesn't look like one side curled at all. The technician said I would need another session. At that point, I was like, really?! I had to get home for a meeting and paid and left. $80+ later, and now I had to book an appointment at my old place to get what I wanted done in the first place. Make sure I'd you have "thick or straight" lashes that you do not waste your money here. read more
