I went in to get a full set of lashes and loved the experience, the lash tech was nice everyone made me feel comfortable. Leaving the salon I was satisfied with my lashes. Things started off fantastic, I was so excited to have a lash salon right down the street from me but that won't be the case. Not even a week after they began to fall out way faster than any other lash extensions I had received. For 60 dollars (the current discount special at the time) I think my lashes should last me at least a week without having gaps and holes. It's not a great feeling to be at work and have someone say "didnt you get your lashes done for your trip because they look like their all falling out" Won't be returning!!! Well, initially .you experience with Deka was a good one. The lashes were beautiful and lasted longer than the two weeks; however, as time progressed I noticed not the same care and longevity of the lashes. My last appointment was before my vacation, I had the TrueXpress refill on a Saturday, by Monday I had lost a significant amount of the lashes. I am very disappointed with this company. I sent my sister for her birthday to get her lashes done and they started falling out the same day. By the end of the week they were all gone. I am a licensed Esthecian and I know plenty of Lash Artist that never have this happen. Lashes are far too expensive to tell people that it's just their lashes. So run do not get your lashes done here. Read the reviews and believe them. I am about the quality not just quantity of the people you can do. They also did nothing to fix the problem. I went in for a full set for my upcoming birthday on a Monday afternoon, by Friday more than half of the lashes were gone. By Sunday they were almost all gone. I was out of town for the weekend, when I came back I called to ask what they would do to rectify and i was only offered to schedule an appointment for a refill. The customer service here is amazing. They make you feel very comfortable and over all it is amazing. However, the lashes are subpar. They fell out extremely fast and burned the first few days I had them. I get my lashes done regularly, so I understand how they are supposed to look and feel. These burned, i had 3 lashes glued to my bottom lash line, and just about every single one of them fell out in less than 2 weeks. I got a text about a week and a half after my appointment asking about my experience and i replied telling them that they fanzu3-cafxiv-tykMaffell out very fast and got no reply. Great EXPERIENCE!!!! Absolutely the best lash experience. I've been getting lashes well over 10 years and this is by far the best lash extension salon I have experienced. Laterrica does my lashes. She's patient and give me exactly what looks good for me. I experience great retaining and my lashes remain full until my next appointment. I would rate 10 stars if I could. EXTREMELY SATISFIED!!! I was on a monthly program of 150 per month. The last time I was in my stylist was late and had some sort of cold. I get it the things happen, but this indeed made me very uncomfortable and due to the pandemic I opted to freeze instead of cancelling my account. This was a bad idea. Not only was I charged before the time that my account was to be un frozen. They intend to fully charge me another 150 because I do want to cancel. 300 loss and I have not been in for months. I read the reviews on this place and then decided to buy the Groupon Lash Lift and Tint. On Oct. 19 at 3:50pm I called as the Groupon said to and was then greeted by an automated machine saying that they switched to texting only... which I did not like it all, but oh well. I prefer calling over texting as it is much more efficient and quick and you can be doing other things than just typing. Nonetheless, i got it booked for Oct 21st at 11am with Kylie. I didn't like the work because I was expecting something much more professional. Anyways, I got the business owners email and I sent her an email about the quality of work on Oct 22 and got a resonse 2 days later on Oct 24. She got me in for Oct 28th at 4pm with Brianna because I asked for her since i saw that she had better reviews. (From the email) "After re-reading some reviews on Google, Brianna sounds like a professional technician since many great things have been said about the quality of her work, but any technician that could guarantee me the results I'm after is a technician I would love to have fix my lashes." But when i got there and showed her a picture of what i was expecting she basically told me i could risk damaging my lashes for pretty much the same result or i could get lash extensions for a cheaper price 2 weeks later, her reason as to why i couldnt get the results i wanted was becsuse my lashes are too short. This place is 25 mins away from where i live. I traveled 50 mins to an hour just to go to the place and back. I added some pictures so you could see what i was expecting compared to what I got and what it looks like from right after my appointment (the one that has red marked on it, which i also sent to the owner) as well as what it looks like 7 days later. I wish someone had uploaded the quality of their Lash Lift and Tint work beforehand... it seems like i consentually got robbed... oh well. And also the tint didn't seem to stay or make a difference at all. Money to the trash... (From the email) "I attached an image of what my eyelashes looked like after my appointment and have emphasized some details that I, myself missed at first glance but that I was able to see when I took a closer look in the mirror later on. The major things I wanted to point out about the work is that the curve of my lashes is more of an "L" kink than a "C" curve, and the inconsistency of the lashes --not only from one lash to the other, but how (if you look at the left side of the image you might be able to notice that) my right eye's lashes are straighter (as in they angle down) for a longer distance from the base of my lashes to when it curves (or somewhat kinks) up, than when you compare it to my left eye's lashes (on the right side of the picture). My experience started off nicely as I walked in the door and then I saw one of the staff having what look like a breakdown at the first chair. I made sure she wasn't doing my lashes. I then went to the stylist station. I was asked what style I wanted I said I wanted Cat Eye. Said stylist recommended to do the Express/which was my first go wrong. I got home and was told my lashes looked terrible I emailed and got a response the following day. The response was also that they cold fix them the following Tuesday 4 days later. The next morning I was looking at my online banking and was charged multiple times. I've been going through hell and I still can't get it reversed from them. I was also sold product that was supposed to be applied 3 to 4 days after the refill , supposedly to enhance the glue. When I called about having my charges revered I asked to return my product. I was obnoxiously told they would not return the product because they couldn't guarantee I didn't use it however this was the following day and it was supposed to be applied 3-4 days later. I understand the place just opened, however I really feel that they should have experienced technicians. I've been getting my lashes done for 15 years. Never did I experience such unprofessional behavior. I surely never would step foot in there again. I can go on and on until more about the lash artist that then supposedly threw up by one of the managers vehicles which another technician happened to announce throughout the studio, but I'll just leave that go. The funny thing is my son was there sitting on the chair very well behaved playing his video game or so I thought. He happened to be recording what he though was "mommy getting her lashes done" I have the entire horrific experience. The employee having a tantrum was a red flag for me then it being announced that she was having something done to her ovary the following day. I honestly feel bad for the employee with the emotional issues it's really sad that coworkers would feel that's something to share with an entire studio of customers. Since nothing was done at the studio level I spent over 40 minutes on the phone with the " call center " customer service. I explained I wanted no further communication from the store as soon as I hung up I was text from 3 different numbers rude and in appropriate messages. I feel sorry for the owner of the salon. As a business owner myself I know your staff makes or breaks you. Sadly this staff broke that studio. STAY FAR AWAY! If you are looking for an excellent lash artist stop over to Nextgen Nail Bar in Wylie near Target. Hannah is a master artist with multiple certifications. Her lashes are on point. Please READ! Got my lashes done at DEKALash for the first time ever and signed up for the membership which included a full set + 2 refills and bought 40$ worth of products. The next day, my lashes on my right eye were already 50% gone. I called them and let them know so they had me come in the next day to get a "complimentary touch up." This time they lasted about 5-6 days. I debated if I should even go back at this point because most of my friends who get lashes done, their lashes last 2-3 weeks minimum. When I hit the 2 week mark for a lash refill i decided to call and schedule an appointment since I had already paid the membership fee. They said they would have someone call me back and never did. I decided to go to Amazing Lash Studio at firewheel mall instead and ending up loving my lashes there. I called DEKAlash to cancel my membership and they said they would have someone call me back again. They never did! A few days later, they charged my CC 100+ dollars for the monthly membership that I told them to cancel. Please be careful with this place. I would not recommend DEKA lash to anyone. read more

My lashes all fell off within two weeks (after about 6 days, I'd say they looked very sparse and in need of a fill.). And I do not do the super volume lashes, just natural look. Within 12 hours, 5+ lashes fell off. 99% of the lashes that fell off did not have my natural lash attached to them, which tells me their glue doesn't hold well. I've only ever gone to the Amazing Lash Studio, and their full set lasted me 6 weeks before I needed a fill. Also, I don't like how it's one large open room. The other lash studio I used had a private room for each client. The girl who did my lashes was super sweet and did a good job and was sweet how they text the day after to see how you are. I did tell her that night many fell off without a natural lash and she said their studio was having humidity problems and that was affecting lash adhesion. I have gotten two fills since then, and the adhesion is worse than before. Go to the Amazing Lash Studio at Firewheel for better quality lashes! But they are not as nice in customer service, but at least the lashes are better quality. read more
