Sure, but in this case, the mechanic was right there verifying it that it was broken by force right before my eyes! I got very upset and was telling him, NO, I am being told right now that your guy broke this by force. I AM TELLING YOU RIGHT NOW WHAT HAPPENED, AND IT'S ALL ON CAMERA. The owner kept trying to gaslight me. I got super upset and was seeing red, the mechanic was right there willing to talk to this owner as well.
