I ended up paying 40$ exact for my emissions this year. I was in and out, and it made life easier to know I got something done so quickly, and I was able to go out and do other things I needed to get done. The best part for me is that you never have to leave your car. I had my little one with me, and it was so nice to not have to unbuckle him, and drag him into a waiting area where he would most likely get restless. I never ever write reviews but this time definitely calls for one. I got a routine oil change…read more Braiden told my husband and I that soon we should come in to get our spark plugs changed. I thought maybe we could wait a few weeks. Two weeks later I took it in. Braiden called me and had found an oil leak that would have caused thousands of dollars in damage if he had not found it. Braiden work on are car for two days. He was honest about the cost and kept me informed about every step. There was no surprises. Braiden work very hard to make sure my car was fixed correctly and he didn't over charge me. I have had horrible experiences with mechanics and have been lied to numerous times by them. This was an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience from start to finish…read more Our car was held overnight without anyone informing us. At no point did the shop proactively contact us -- we had to reach out every single time just to get basic updates. Even then, the information we were given did not match the actual timeline, and things repeatedly took longer than what we were told. To make matters worse, we were never notified when the car was finished. We only discovered it was done because we showed up in person, where it was found sitting in the parking lot. If we hadn't gone in ourselves, there's no telling how long it would have stayed there. We were also explicitly told we would receive a discount for the inconvenience, but when we checked out, no discount was applied and nothing was said about it. Between the lack of communication, misleading timelines, holding our vehicle overnight without consent or notice, and failing to honor what was promised, this shop showed a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. We paid a significant amount of money and received poor service in return. I will not be coming back and do not recommend this place to anyone.

My daughter went in for an oil change, Grease Monkey charged her for an extra quart. The next day…read moreshe was complaining her car was blowing white smoke when starting. Googled the issue and top hit was oil overfilled. Checked the oil level and it was 1/3 of the way up the stick or about 5 inches . I took it back and they drained the extra out saying some cars take more even for the same engine which was puzzling. Took home checked the level and it was still 1/5 up the stick or 2 inches. Took it back again and they redid the oil change showing me the level before I left. No more smoking. Fast forward two weeks, my son in law took his Audi A3 for an oil change to the same Grease Monkey in Clinton. I told him to tell them if his car needs more than 5 quarts which is the base price to say we'll add the rest at home. The base price for full synthetic was $89. When they finished and he went to pay they asked for $135. They said they used upgraded oil, filter, and whatever else. Nothing was told to him prior for the upsell. They just did the work. This Grease Monkey has been our go to up to this point. My daughter played soccer with the owner's granddaughter so I'm adding this review in hopes they see this and can make some policy or personnel changes. Until then I'll take my business elsewhere.

Any mechanic would know if the compressor was working when the A/C turns on. They said that they filled the A/C and than emptied my A/C line. For what if the compressor wasn't working? I'm obviously not a mechanic. But 2 1/2 hours after they had stated that it would be 30 minutes. I work Graves so I'm very unhappy with this service.
