When I called for an appt the staff I spoke with was friendly and quick to get me a spot that fit my schedule. I like that Dr. McBride sees patients later in the evening (I had a 5:30pm appt). I was seen promptly at my appt time and the staff is very organized. Dr. McBride was very courteous and formal (rather old school), he has a quiet bedside manner but he got my prescription dead on! Based on my ins. (VSP) his prices are extremely reasonable! For what I paid in Calif. just for glasses I got glasses AND 6 months of contacts (I didn't get generic frames either...designer name brand).
