The mint had way too much peppermint extract with a very dry cupcake. The red velvet didn't taste anything like a red velvet cupcake. It was not a good flavor; can't even describe it The frosting tasted like I put a spoonful of powdered sugar in my mouth mixed with some shortening maybe. OK, why not use their store locater to find another retailer? Currently, I'm only half vaxxed, still masking, make that double masking, therefore limiting my exposure in the outside world so another grocery was out of the question. Happily, I learned the certified vegan, Kosher OU, Whole Grain & Flax Lavash I know and love can be ordered directly online, shipped FedEx to my door minus Styrofoam, dry ice or other insulation materials, keeps refrigerated for three weeks or up to six months in the freezer. SOLD! While further perusing the website, I also learned what an amazing, planet friendly, give back to the community company Atoria's Family Bakery is; yet more reason to be a loyal customer. Wow, it was so good. This stone ground Whole Wheat Lavash by Wheat Valley Bakery lasted 2 weeks in the frig. I think the package had 6 sheets, but they were so large (about 12"x17"), I cut them in half to make my quesadilla. A whole slice has 13g of carbs, no fat, 95 mg of salt, 2 g protein, so fairly healthy and in my opinion, much healthier than a tortilla. I couldn't find a place more local to me to buy this stuff. The website on the package doesn't work (wheatvalleybakery.com and wheatvalley.com). So that's why I'm posting this review.
