I cannot recommend Gelimex Bakery enough! I reached out to Wendy for my daughter's 8th birthday, and she went above and beyond. We sent her an image of a Stitch-themed cake, and what she created was an exact match. The communication was 10/10. Wendy checked in throughout the process and called me whenever she had a question to make sure it was perfect. Not only was the design stunning, but the cake itself was delicious, moist, and not overly sweet. Everyone at the party loved it! If you're in Hollister, listen to the locals and go see Wendy. I'll definitely be back!

It's like an open kitchen, so I don't think they have samples to show so ordering a week before is required, I see they have big catalogs to select the design though, best in hollister.

So I had my 60th birthday cake and a Choco Flan cake made by Wendy and her amazing staff back in March and they came out awesome. So then in May for my father's 85th birthday, we had them make one for him. Once again, it was great. We also have ordered her Tres Leches Cake and that is soooo good. She has a great company that will work with you to make sure your cake or anything they make is exactly how you want it. Thanks to Wendy and her crew for the amazing cakes!! read more

We have been ordering cakes here for every birthday, holiday and celebration we've had since moving here in 2021. I cannot say enough good things about the quality and service provided at Gelimex. They're always incredible, I know with some places you can sacrifice taste when it comes to having an elaborate cake but not here! I'm not sure what the lady's name was but Gelimex did an awesome job on my cake. I went in about 1 1/2 - 2 weeks prior to my party to give her a picture of a cake. She wrote down her notes and said I could pick up the cake on the day of the party at 12 noon. She was very prompt and cake was done when she said. It looked amazing and tasted amazing. Will def go back for any future orders. It was a pretty large cake and there was enough to 30-40 people. Price was $110. read more

Wendy and her crew make awesome cakes. The cakes themselves taste wonderful and are decorated perfectly. I do suggest you tell them you prefer fondant letters as the person who writes on the cakes doesn't have the greatest looking penmanship.
