Probably the worst fast food experience of my life. My husband and I came here for dinner because we wanted to celebrate a big occasion and just get a little treat at the end of the night. we ordered one burrito combo and 6 1 dollar tacos and our total came out to $35. That's actually insane for Del taco. so the cashier accidentally added a burrito and fries to our order which he was not able to refund because the manager was not on site and the cashier was not trained on how to give refunds for mistake orders. So he called the manager and the manager did not answer the phone. This was at 7 pm. Anyway so my husband drove back there and got what was missing but then when we arrived home, we realised that the burrito was beef instead of chicken and I cannot eat beef without getting seriously sick. So unfortunately the whole thing was a fail and we could have eaten at a nicer place, an actual restaurant, for the same amount of money or even less and had a better experience and no gastrointestinal issues after. Turned away from the counter to talk to my wife. Hear two workers, one female and one male talking. Turn back towards the counter to see the male worker, no shirt on at all, and he had his hand in his armpit like he was drying off or something. Located kiddy corner to the new Broadway Albertsons. Plenty of free parking on their property. Get the app. Use the good deals they offer. Service usually is really friendly inside. I haven't tried the drive thru. Good precautions in place during Covid. One entrance one exit. Hand sanitizer at the ordering counter. Good spacing between inside seating. No refills though which other businesses have handled with providing a second cup. So a ding there. read more

They have a very hard time understanding that they can swap beef to beans for free--just like their app allows. They love to upcharge and argue with customers to make it difficult for those with simple requests. I gave them 3 times at this location but I'm sick of higher totals and explaining myself as a vegetarian will have to take my business elsewhere. Came here after the bars last night and It literally took over an hour and fifteen minutes for 10 cars to get through.... I have never seen a "fast" food line move so slow. If the issue was staffing shortage related, then I think there should be a way to communicate that to the customers so they know what to expect. The previous times we went it was okay, the food is usually okay. We were however EXTREMELY disappointed this time. Despite there being no one in line, it took them 15 minutes to make our items. We had gotten sick after eating the food, the supposed shift manager overcharged us, one of the burritos was completely wrong, and the shift manager also had a major attitude problem. They refused to correct any of the issues. The shift manager kept interrupting us, rolling her eyes, sighing, and glaring at us. If you eat fish tacos or shrimp tacos each is presented with a lime and you need to use it and it is glorious. My carnivore friends are never disappointed. I have brought people here year after year and we have never had a bad experience and the people legitimately are there long enough to get to know most of the time! So if you become a regular or not, it is a great experience. Inside is always very clean and newly remodeled, they bring your food out if you sit down, they are always very polite! read more

By the time I got to the window in the line, the attendant not only spaced that I was the Dasher in the line, he told me I needed to go "all the way back around" for my second order. This is totally unacceptable. For those not in the Dasher community, this is lost time, money, and potentially pissed and irate customers. I would normally give this place 5 stars but the so called manager Melissa that works the overnight shifts was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had ordered two burritos and one was in a meal but as i was ordering she cut me off in the middle which was no big deal she may have been in a rush. At any other fast food restaurant i've been to they've asked "is that everything" or something similar but i've never been rushed like I was last night when i was there. I would've understood if maybe there was a line behind me and they were backed up but they were not there were two cars in line and I was one of them. I tried to brush this off and we got up to the window and paid and then she handed me the food and shut the window immediately. So i looked in the bag for the fries and she hadn't handed us a drink nor asked which drink we would like. I then waiting a couple minutes till she opened the window again and tried to be as nice and understanding because i've worked fast food i can understand something getting misheard. Instead of trying to get the problem fixed when I addressed it to her she had told me no i didn't order a meal and was getting upset at me for a simple error. Eventually she had decided to just ask me what size meal i wanted after being extremely rude and so i had told her not to worry about it. I honestly did not care at that point but then she had to add that i am no longer welcome at Del Taco anymore and that they do not need my business. I went to Del Taco after being at the bars and my friends and I were very hungry. I was very sober and chose to drive my closest friends there because we were all hungry and Taco Bell changed their hours. After being in the line for 30 minutes my friends stepped out of the car to pee at our friends house that is right next to Del Taco. We had already ordered a $50 meal and I made sure they respectfully made sure they peed the right way. The manager made sure to come out and lie and say that other customers saw people come out of my car and made sure to kick us out of the drive thru line. What used to be good service has gone way down lately. On Sunday 9/9/18 I met my husband for lunch at 12:30pm. There was something really weird and unprofessional going on there while we dined inside. My husband arrived before me and had to used the restroom but the men's restroom was occupied for over 10 minutes. When I got there he mentioned that something was going on in the bathroom but kind of was just ignored. I sat at the table close to the bathroom with him so that he would be able to go in directly after the other guy came out. 10 minutes later I knocked on the door and hear a kids voice, "occupied." An employee brings my food to the table, we mention again the mens bathroom has been occupied for a very long time. He suggests my husband use the womens restroom which he does then comes out. The mens bathroom is still occupied for sometime after my husband exits the womens restroom. A female employee knocks on the Male bathroom and calls for the kid inside and enters with him. Another 5 minutes later they both exit and the kid sits at a table near the front door playing with cars while the female goes back to work. The mens bathroom was occupied for more than 30 minutes by this kids despite my husband asking two employees about the bathroom and being told to use the womens instead. Seems very unprofessional to me to have your kid at work and let him sit locked in the only mens bathroom right around the lunch hour. Why wasn't it addressed when we asked the other employees? They then decided to say that they were charging us $43 for 2 burritos and an order of fries. So I'm mildly upset to say the least. They then decided to insult us and accuse us of urinating in their bushes when in reality we just came through to get some late night snacks. I used to come to this location all the time and I'm sad to see it go downhill like this. They accused us of being intoxicated when in reality all of us were 100% sober. They are very inconsistent, you pay for things you don't get. It's supposed to be refried beans but they are whole beans. I order extra cheese which is .50 cents and I get five shreds of cheese?
