I like it here. Never had a problem coming here for for lunch. My favorite part of the tacos is the cheese. They don't mess around.

Do not go to this Del Taco. I ordered a # 2 Combo Burrito Meal Told them to make it a large. The cost $10.00 Total. Pulled out of the drive thru turned right on Broadway reached into bag for a French Fry & they were cold. I did a u turn and went back for a refund & was told the heat Lamp is 110 Degrees & they should not be cold. The Burrito was as small as a Bean Burrito & the large Coke was Packed full of Ice. Over the last 2 Years the guy who owns this place has really Messed it up. Just another Greedy Fast food chain Owner who is only into making Money & not Keeping customers happy. Remember Taco Bell Is right Down The Street. Go there instead. read more

It tastes good but my whole group felt SICK for the rest of the day. We got a bunch of different kinds of burritos and tacos... ughh.

This was the worst I've ever been treated at a fast food place. I ordered my food got to the window paid for it and realized they over charged me. When they gave me my food I told them and they couldn't figure out how to fix it. They offered me a taco for my trouble and when I pointed out that they were shorting me over $3 dollars she tried to tell me the taco she gave me was worth $2. I said what ever and the manager said I wasn't welcome there anymore. So I get home and on top of everything they shorted me 2 burritos I ordered and paid for. cheap Food fast. what more can I say? Ingredients are amazing and the meat is always warm whet her is chicken or beef I also enjoy that the ground turkey. Tacos are cheap. Short on beef sometimes but will feed the family. read more

Particularly awful day at Del taco. I waited 20 minutes for a two taco and french fry meal and finally gave up. I hope the manager at this location reads this and addresses the obvious staffing and training issues that I got to observe in the kitchen from the dining room. This will be my last visit. read more

i wish i could give zero stars. i went there and not only did they take way longer than usual, and there were barley any other cars there as well,, they gave us undercooked (probably not even cooked) food and got the order wrong. i understand stand being stressed in this industry, i worked at taco bell, however, it's not that difficult to actually cook food or take an item off the original burrito. They were also quite rude at the window when giving us our food. i recommend not going here for the night shift unless you like sh*t service and food read more

My husband and I are big Mexican Food lovers. He comes from Southern Oklahoma and I am from California, so we've had our experience with different types of Mexican Food from different areas of the country... because there is a difference! DEL TACO on Broadway blew us away and continue to do so consistently. We like going to nice sit down Mexican Restaurants - but when you don't have time, this is the best place to go in town. Not only do they have better customer service than I have ever experienced anywhere, the food is so GOOD! They have authentic "taco truck-like" tacos with carne asada and fresh pico degueyo (sp?). They also have great fish tacos too with very fresh toppings. We have a family of 5 so when we are in a $$ bind, we get the Fiesta Pack and it feeds the whole family with taco's and burritos for only $10 bucks! It's the best deal in town!!! read more

Del Taco on Orchard and Franklin. This is a new Del Taco for the Bench so I realize there may be a bit of a learning curve, but this is Mexican-style fast food. How difficult can it be? I utilized the drive-thru. It was difficult to hear the order-taker and for him to hear me because we were at one of the busiest intersections in this part of town. I placed an order for a taco salad (beef) and a regular beef taco. While I was at the pick up window, I noticed that 3 or 4 of the staff who were waiting for walk-in customers, were idly standing by while the drive-thru group were going nuts trying to get their orders out. I hope they rotate these two groups. Most of the staff appeared to be around 20 or high school age. I brought my dinner home and sampled the regular taco first. The taco shell should have been at least slightly warm, but it was not. The meat was warm but could have been hotter. A warmed up taco shell would make this taco a lot better. The taco salad was similar. The food did taste fresh, but again, the tortilla shell was cool. The other 'hot' ingredients could have been hotter. I did not expect restaurant quality Mexican fare, but I've eaten at Del Tacos years ago and enjoyed the food. This time, I simply got full. I look forward to trying their burritos and will return so I can give a better rounded assessment. However, when kids are preparing and serving food they need to understand that any lack of interest they have in what they are doing, shows up in the taste and quality of the dish. Of course it isn't "Mexican food" in that you get REAL, AUTHENTIC fare from south of the border. This is Del Taco(DT) - total, typical Americanized fast food that is unhealthy, greasy, and OH SO GOOD!! The service at this particular DT on Broadway is fine. I've never had one issue with the peeps here. They are attentive and competent. Everytime I get what I order and the food is delish! I give DT five stars as a company because every item I have had is so far superior to Toxic Hell, it's main competitor. My only wish: PLEASE COME TO TWIN FALLS!!! read more

Finally, a del taco in Idaho. Way better than taco bell. I love the macho nachos. Pretty good for fake Mexican food / fast food.

It's not amazing yet it's such a great guilty pleasure. The big fat tacos are my favorite!

It is Mexican food done fast food style. The Street Taco was tasty, but small. A bit overpriced for the amount of food you get. Stick to the daily special menu to get your money's worth. read more

I love Del Taco as a chain, I frequently drive from mountain home to Boise in the middle of the night just because of a craving. But this store by far is the absolute worst I've ever been to both service and quality. It is so inconsistent with the food it's hard to believe I'm at the same place sometimes. I have had to wait in the drive thru up to a half hour only to have my order wrong. Missing items in my bag having to turn back a few times, The fries seem to either be not cooked enough, old but sometimes fresh just being fair, but it's a gamble every time. My final straw was my visit last night, I ordered an epic carne asada burrito and it literally was a regular plain bean burrito previously made reopened and a little carne asada added in that's it... just Terrible, cold and half the normal size, not to mention missing items once again. I immediately drove to another Del taco on Franklin because I've had enough poor service from this place and I ordered the same one with a complete night and day difference... size, quality and appearance, it was exactly like the menus description and freshly made. I wish I took a side by side picture, I will never go back to the Broadway store again, way too many chances given. I Highly recommend the store on the corner of orchard and Franklin, perfect every time even if it's more out of my way... It's worth it! read more

I was craving tacos, but didn't want another Taco Bell dinner. So, I decided to go to Del Taco down the road. I spent 5 minutes waiting at what I assume to be a broken speaker. I assume it was broken because I received no response after I said "hello" several times. There were 2 cars in front of me at the window, so I decided to pull up to the window. There was one car left when I pulled up to the window. When I pulled up to the window, the girl that was handing the car in front of us food walked away like we weren't even there. I thought she probably didn't see me, so I waited for another 5 minutes at the window. I tried waving to get the attention of the young man at the front counter who was talking to someone else behind the counter to no avail. I finally left and went to Taco Bell. The food looked yummy, but the service (or lack of) has turned me off from this place. Maybe I will try a different location some other time. I won't waste another 10 minutes of my day being ignored in the drive through at the Broadway location though. read more
