I asked multiple times for the bathroom key, and despite clearly explaining I really needed it, I was repeatedly ignored while one employee prioritized other orders. I understand being busy, but basic human decency and customer service shouldn't disappear because a kitchen is slammed. Being told other orders were more important while I was barely able to hold it was honestly humiliating. Ended up leaving and spending my money elsewhere. The service is consistently poor, and what's even more frustrating is that they can't seem to get a simple order right. Did you know you can order them with green sauce? You should try this, and contemplate the results thoroughly. IMPORTANT NOTE: many people who are not from California do not know how to eat Del Taco properly and because of this do not enjoy it. This place needs new management and their owner needs to wake up an realize what customer service means . No wonder they have no customers . The employees are rude and don't care and act like they don't even want to work there. The food is old now and not fresh like it used to be . The red burritos were old and dried out I tried to talk to the manager who refused to give me her name . The last straw was when they asked what sauces we wanted and then ignored us and gave us the wrong ones so i threw them back on the drive through area counter and the manager was telling me not to do that . She told me she would throw sauces into my Tesla . They stuff all your large order in one bag which is overflowing. We asked for mild sauce and del scorcho and they gave us ketchup and del inferno. I stopped here to grab a diet coke and use the restroom. It's locked so the cashier has to "buzz you in." The volume on the buzzer is really low and I couldn't hear it. The cashier got mad at me, stating she already buzzed the door twice and I need to "run" if I want to get there fast enough to use the bathroom. Also, she said she's not going to stand around all day long to buzz me in. LOL!
