You get told hang on to order every time you come, then once you order you get to the window and they make you back up and wait behind their marker until the time goes to 0 then they let you pull foward to trick the timer they have. The bathroom situation is something that was half assed. The fries were hard and overcooked, grease in the pit definitely is past due, and in need of being changed badly. No lids for the medium sized drinks, had to ask for one. The soda machine needs to be taken down each night, and washed, cleaned, and sanitized. Theirs actually looks like it's never been cleaned. Went by del taco where Elizabeth was very short and quick to cut us off when ordering in the drive thru, unfortunately she was not friendly instead more robotic. I ordered a bean and cheese burrito with red sauce. I get home to eat my burrito a regular bean and cheese and I bite into it and and immediately i notice that the burrito taste hard and horrible and so I open it up and it looks like a brick of beans. The beans look like they've been sitting under the heat lamp for at least a week. Very disappointed and will never be back. We go to Del Taco in different locations from traveling, but by far this one was the worst in their drive through service and the quality of fresh food. We waited 15 minutes after 10.30 pm Sunday Easter. Just had meat burrito small fry and two hard tacos on the side. They forgot to put in fries, those were old tasting, tacos were not the their best either. We had to walk back to get the fries that were the worst. Wont go back to this location ever. Had sauce in it, tasted great. Should've ordered two of those. I was also surprised that Sergio got my name right on the order. My daughter had fallen asleep in my vehicle and it was around 4:00am I was able to locate her threw (GPS) of the vehicle and it was in the parking lot of Del Taco. The manager was very understanding and walked over to my vehicle and woke my daughter and informed her that her dad was concerned for her and she should go home. It's always super clean and the staff are very polite. The young girl at the counter, I think her name was Tori, was really sweet. Its nice to see a smile when youre hungry and stressed out from the holidays. The bathrooms are always cleaned and stocked. They have baskets of sauces at the tables, so you don't have to get up and get them yourself. The food is always fresh and they serve me quickly.
