Don't come here during 9-10pm (not sure about how they are the rest of the day) their night staff is absolute SHIT! They don't care about their jobs and would rather talk amongst themselves than do their damn job. I came up and there was only one car in the drive threw already up at the check out window, there was no one in the dining room and yet I had to wait nearly 10 mins to get a greeting which I had to call out for. Every time I come here it takes forever... so long that the time before this time ordering, there were a train of cars just honking from how long we were waiting in line. Also this time, when I was getting my food and just trying to pay, the guy at the window (9:50pm 6/4/22) is literally just talking to his friend for a long time with the window open, so I could over hear that the convo wasn't work related before even asking for my card or preferred sauces. I finally thought they were getting to be decent but I was wrong. Had to go all the way back again because they forgot my burrito. When I received it the rest of my food was cold and I drove all that way and couldn't get even a coupon for the trouble. The first two bites into my burrito I got an entire mouthful of tomatoes. So I just stumbled upon one of the dumbest managers ever. I ordered multiple things along with 3 regular crispy chicken tacos and 2 of their new honey bbq tacos. Once I went to the window she mentioned she had my four tacos. And I told her I ordered 3 regular crispy chicken tacos. And two honey tacos. She said "yeah four tacos" and I repeated myself. And she asked me what am I missingAnd I couldn't believe what I was hearing. So I had to say it again!! I asked her can I talk to someone else?? And she refused by saying I am a manager. I really could've asked her what's 3+2...? So instead I tried to order another since she didn't get that the first time I ordered. And she kept asking me what kind. And I specifically told her "A REGULAR CRISPY CHICKEN TACO" just like I did on my first attempt to order. And I cannot believe how an awful listener she was. And it's insane how she can't count. I'm not quite sure what happened at this location but they have stepped it all the way up. I work until the early morning and when I get back to this side of town I am hungry and this is one of the only places I can get a vegetarian/pescatarian option late night. I don't know if it was the addition of the shrimp tacos or if they changed staff, but my order is now always hot and correct. Del Taco is not one of my first choices to eat. But I just had a craving for mexican food and this was the closet thing I could find. The location is right across from Walmart and a bunch of other fast food joints around it. I ordered the beef burrito and taco combo. The food was ok but the staff needs to step it up. It took forever for someone to come up and take orders. The tables were not even cleaned. Some customers asked for a wet towel to clean the tables. I guess that was the workers que to actually start wiping the tables down. Not much else to say about this place. Eat here if its your last resort. read more

Del Taco is as common in Southern California as Taco Bell is in Northern California but the food is much better. It always seems fresher. It's still fast food but it doesn't have that warmed up taste that most fast food mexican joints have. It's also nice that they have burgers and fries on the menu as well since my family never agrees on where to eat when we are on the road. read more

This one is vey clean. The folks at the drive-through are pretty friendly. I really like the Double Del Cheeseburger, which seems odd for a Mexican restaurant. But their fish and shrimp tacos are good, too. read more

My husband and I stopped here to get a quick dinner. I ordered a burrito and requested no sour cream bc I'm dairy free. We told the guy taking our order that there was a dairy allergy. My 8 month old daughter has a dairy allergy and I nurse her. Half way through my burrito I taste sour cream. I checked and sure enough sour cream. I should start by saying the new shredded beef combo burrito is delicious, as well as the el carbon shredded beef tacos. I just went thru the drive thru 11/9/12 for lunch, unfortunately I have to give this visit a one star due to the long, THICK, black hair in my burrito. So disappointed!!! We love Del Taco, but not sure if we can continue with them. This Del Taco has been giving smaller and smaller servings. The macho fry is so small now two people can barely share it. The 1/2 pound bean burrito has gone from 99 cents to $1.19. The last 10 times they have weighed from 4.75 oz to 6.25oz!!! That is ridiculous since a half pound is 8 ozs!! So tonight the sack was so light I pulled out the burritos. They were so small I hadmy son make sure they weren't mini ones. No paid $1.20. So I asked to see manager from the drive through. They said she was on break. So they said they would remake them. It had now been over 5 minutes. I got bag and drove out of line. I asked my son to pull one out. It was the same burritos!!! I parked and walked in. I was so pissed!!! The girl said ok. I asked for scale so she could see.0 They didn't do that, but new burritos were made quickly. They feel like a pound now between the 2 of them. What a nightmare!!! read more
