Grew up with naugles. Great place, fast amerimex food. Naugles went away and del taco took over. .. like a long time ago. Alway liked del taco over taco bell, food is fresher, ground beef much better. Didnt think about it, but we moved here a over a year ago from so cal and dont miss IN n OUT much, way overrated , but we do miss our monthly del taco fix. Nice, theres one here! Went to this location, people were friendly, made me a been burrito "deluxe", which is not on menu. Got some tacos and our usual fare. Why 5 stars? Del Taco missed their mark this evening. We eat here at least once a month and this evening was awful. We ordered the new tostada, a del combo burrito meal, and a small taco. I ordered my burrito with easy beans plus sour cream. When we got our food we noticed that we had been charged for the tostada even though the special of the evening said that it was free with a purchase of a meal. When we brought it to the managers attention on shift she said that the would 'make an exception this time....' whatever that means. Its the advertised special! There shouldn't be any question about "exceptions". We shrugged it off and they gave us an extra one. Then when we got our food the fries were cold so I sent them back. Then I took a bite of my burrito and there was no sour cream. So I returned it and the manager on shift informed me that my burrito "doesn't come with sour cream' and she didn't understand what the problem was. I showed her my receipt again and said that I PAID for sour cream. She rolled her eyes and said, "ggggrrr okaaayyyy". After her making the snotty noises I said I don't want to argue, I just want my meal the way I paid for it. When it came back again they messed up on it and didn't but easy beans, but I gave up and just scraped 1/2 of it off. We left and just gave up. Ordered two del cheeseburgers and a large iced tea. The meat was so thin all you tasted was bread and metal tasting lettuce. Went to take a drink of my tea and got sick to my stomach. Not only have we spent TONS on the last two orders because we have a family of five (and again with me being pregnant) but the orders are ALWAYS missing something. Not only that but they have pushed back an online order to almost an hour and a half when it originally stated the food would be here in 30 minutes and then our food was cold upon arrival. I've been going to this location for over three years, and I've never had a bad experience -- until today! Due to COVID-19, it is drive thru only, and to make things easier (SO I THOUGHT), I figured I'd order on the app. I went to the drive thru speaker and told them I had a mobile order, gave them my name, and they said to pull up. I get to the window, and the guy at the drive thru tells me my total. I tell him that the app already took my payment. It had my scan my card, enter the exp date and ccv. They said they didn't see a payment. I literally pulled up the Del Taco app, showed them my order number, which showed that it was submitted, and I showed them my total. Then I pulled up my Chase banking app, which showed the same total TO THE PENNY. At this point, a lady, apparently a manager or higher-up, says "well, I don't know what to tell you, I don't see it here." I told her "I'm not going to pay for the food twice. You see the order. You see the total. And I showed you the transaction on my banking app." She shrugs and tells me she can't do anything. Understand, I have NEVER given a bad Yelp review. Not once. I only review stuff I like. Not today. This experience was bad enough for me to never, ever go back there, and to tell everyone I know to avoid that location like the plague. This one lady, who was extremely rude and couldn't care less about this issue, ruined going there forever. I called corporate and complained. Tried to call my bank to dispute the transaction, and due to COVID-19, I can't talk to a human being to dispute the charge. The older lady was very wrong and very rude, and she treated me like I was trying to pull some kind of scam. My husband used the restroom at this location. He was wearing a mask. There was no signage saying the restroom was closed and the restaurant lobby was open for pickup. We then went through the drive through and they refused to serve us stating that it was because of his "restroom usage". Seriously would not serve us! This restaurant has the best customer service, they have messed up on my order in drive through and I got home I realize I didn't have it correctly , I went back over to Del Taco I spoke to the manager and he was very nice he knew what to give me in return to make me happy didn't argue, didn't assume he just gave me all the credit. Right on Lancaster this Del Taco sells the usual stuff. Good tacos, fries, drinks are all good. the menu has lots of inexpensive items including a big dollar menu. Its allways clean, and the service is friendly, So whats not to like? Its all good and convenient. read more

Stopped by Del Taco for a late night snack. Got the Chicken Hard Shell tacos and Big Fat Chicken Taco. Service was decent but man were the Hard Shell Chicken tacos amazing. They are only 99 cents as well. I real that on Thursday they have a deal if you buy three for 2 something. I defiantly need to come back for that on Thursday. If your looking for fancy fast food this is not your place, in my opinion it is a lot like Taco Bell but it seems like a bit better. Yum Yum Yum. Screw Taco Bell and eat at Del Taco! And plus, you can get american food. Thus you can enjoy their wonderful fries along with their pretty decent cheese quesadillas. I've been enjoying Del Taco for years and the food can vary from one to another. Mainly I'm talking about the beans or portion sizes. The half pound green or red burritos can sometimes be a little small. This particular store has consistently provided above average service, portions, and quality. I hate it when the beans are too runny or undercooked and so far, I haven't run into this problem at this Del Taco. I will continue eating here and I recommend it highly.
