The food and drinks were yummy, and we were able to get in on a Friday night with out a wait with a same day reservation! The service however was a bit odd and unprofessional. Several people asked to take our order? And our food took forever to come out. It seemed like there was a lack of communication between the waiters or something. Maybe just an off experience but would recommended if you don't have reservations for somewhere else! The food really was good!

You definitely get bang for you buck! We went during happy hour and got two margaritas for $12! Also you get a lot of chips with the dip trip, great experience and good service. Seemed a little dead but definitely because it is lunch service during the off season :)

When this restaurant was suggested, the first thing I did was to look up this restaurant at Yelp. Just ONE photo and seven reviews... my heart sank. When I voiced my concern, I was met with a gentle suggestion to look at the menu and although very small number of people have reviewed this restaurant, the ratings were good on Yelp!! This place blew us away with all the amazing food start to finish! I was ashamed of being prejudiced about very small amounts of Yelp reviews. We all have to start somewhere. And, I can contribute to change that little by little. So glad that we tried this restaurant! The grilled salad was like veggie fajita although more mildly flavored with fajita spices, the beef appetizer was well done with a bit acidic taste which we found refreshing. Corn and bone marrow dish was raved by who can eat the marrow but we the less adventurous palated appreciated the corn immensely :P The octopus was delicious and tender but they do serve the whole octopus! Yes, I counted the legs and they were all there!!! I would recommend sharing the octopus dish:) The star dish was chicken mole with the half of chicken cooked to perfection in a fantastic mole sauce! The beef taco was very good as well! Definitely five stars

The BEST Mexican in the valley and we've been eating in the Vail area for over 20 years. We've been there now twice. The cocktails are fantastic and perfectly balanced. The food is fabulous and the service is great. Probably one of the prettiest Mexican restaurants (very classy). We would go to it on a regular basis if they had a restaurant in our home town of Denver.

Fish was poor quality, fajitas were very oily, and rice underwhelming. Guac was good. Service was good.

Good food and drinks. A little bit more upscale food and not your typical platted Mexican food.

While they were all good, the Crudo was definitely my favorite along with the table's. For my entree, I split the Bone In Bison Rib Eye. It was cooked perfectly. I also split the Brussel Sprouts and Mac & Cheese sides. The Brussels were amazing. Our server, Jackie, was incredibly personable and made our experience amazing. If you are looking for a nice dinner in Vail, definitely check out the Slope Room.

It's easy to get to by bus or if you are driving, it is right outside the Vail Village parking garage. The service was excellent and they were especially accommodating for finding a comfortable table we could sit at considering my husband was on crutches. The restaurant itself was really beautiful, every time I looked around I felt like I saw a new detail that I missed. Food wise - the Pan Roasted Jidori Chicken was knock-your-socks-off good. I normally don't order this kind of chicken dish because usually its a glorified rotisserie chicken but this was not like that AT ALL. The chicken was both crispy on the outside while being juicy on the inside and was paired with the most amazing sauce. I would order this again and again. The other two must-order dishes were the brussel sprouts and the cornbread. Chef's kiss - so so so good. We also tried the short rib - which was great, and the lamb ragu - which I liked (but not as much as the chicken).

If you want authentic Szechuan this is the place! What we got: - Wonton soup - homemade dumplings had a good ginger and garlic flavor. Big enough for two as an app. - Double cooked pork - absolutely outstanding. Big portion with vegetables, fermented black beans, so good! - Spicy crispy fish - highly recommend this if you like spicy food. I love this dish whether the chicken or fish variations and this might have been the best I've had! I can't say enough about the Chinese food. We were blown away with how good they were. My girlfriend declared the salmon the best she has ever eaten. I chose the schnitzel, one of the chef's favorites, served with new potatoes and green beans. It was fantastic, and the portion was so generous that I took home enough for a second meal. The espresso martinis were outstanding as well. Be sure to save room for dessert. Everything is freshly made, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. To top it all off, the owner came out to greet us personally. He was the perfect host and an exceptional chef. All of the dishes were decent, but the prime rib--which I expected to be the highlight of the meal--turned out to be EXTREMELY tough. I struggled to slice it even with a steak knife, and it was also quite flavorless. I ended up leaving most of it unfinished, as shown in the photo. I had hoped the server would ask if anything was wrong with the dish after seeing so much of it left on the plate, but he didn't. Considering the quality, the prices were on the higher end. I'd recommend going somewhere else if you don't want to experience the worst prime rib dinner.
