I love Delah but not this one. Very disappointed with their Pistachio Latte. That's supposed to be one of their signature drinks and it was nothing compared to what I always get at my local Delah's. Dublin Delah's pistachio latte takes like artificial syrup and was missing the crushed pistachio topping. My local Delah's Pistachio latte (Naperville, IL) is heavenly: natural pistachio flavor that is just the right amount of sweetness with that crunchy pistachio topping. I don't know how the same chain cafe can have a drink so different. Also a difference in service. Employees here treat it like a job and don't give the extra effort to interact with the customers. My drink didn't have the customary leaf design in the foam. I might try it again when I come back for work, but a different drink. read more

Stopped in at Delah's for the first time today. I'll first start off by saying how beautiful the inside of the coffee shop is! The ambience is very calm and peaceful from the colors that were used to the music that was playing. Perfect also as a work café. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I've only tried the coffee. The pistachio latte was delicious. Not very sweet, very creamy, slight coffee flavor. I would say it's more of a dessert than coffee but I did enjoy it. The Turkish coffee was much stronger but delicious. I got it unsweetened because that's the way it's traditionally had and I loved it. The coffee was good but it's not a place I would come to to just drink the coffee. It's a place I come to for the ample seating and late hours, which is really nice for a student or anyone who has work to do. The ambience is very pretty and calming with a lot of natural light. They have a lot of tables with also Booth couch options which are very comfortable. One thing is that they don't have very many outlets but I do see them adding more which has been great! My own complaint is the cleanliness. The actual cafe is mediocrely clean, I do see the workers putting away dishes and stuff pretty frequently but I specifically am referring to the floors. The bathrooms are pretty dirty consistently, but if that's the price I need to pay to have a cafe open till 11 pm I think it's worth it. The service is also pretty fast and the workers are very nice. There is also a kiosk which makes it faster if the line for order with an actual person is long. read more

We visited on a weekday, but coffee orders still took quite a while, and they didn't call us until the entire order was ready,so my hot drink ended up cold by the time we got it. The lines were long, the wait times were even longer, and it felt like the team was still finding their rhythm--which is totally understandable for a new, high-demand spot. During Ramadan this year, we found ourselves coming here often after breaking our fast, and the difference has been night and day. Everything runs so much smoother now, and the experience has completely transformed--while the quality of the product has remained consistently amazing. The pistachio latte is easily one of the best I've ever had--and I've tried it everywhere. Whether iced or hot, it doesn't miss. The pistachio baklava is incredible, and the cheesecake... honestly one of the best I've had. The texture, the creaminess, the flavor--10/10 from start to finish. What really stood out this time around, though, was the customer service--especially from Omais. He greets everyone with a genuine smile, brings great energy, and makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in. He's friendly, patient, respectful, and gives great recommendations. I totally respect that this location was opened a few days ago, but we didn't have a good experience there. It was a sunday evening and the cafe was not even crowded, so I ordered a few savory pies and a pastry. A person behind the counter looks confused, and honestly, it was hard to hear him. No, we were the only ones at the counter, so there was no line behind us. I asked him, "Sir, we can't hear you. Did you get our order?" He said, "Yes, we have an order and will warm your food." I asked, "But did you get all four orders?" Then I asked, "Can we order Adani tea, please?" He said you have to order there, where no one was waiting for us to take an order. He went inside and asked the guy to take our tea order, and it looked like he was trying to find someone else to take our order. Finally, a girl came from the other side, and he asked her, "Where were you?" Then she took over our 3 cups of tea order. Thank God it was not busy; otherwise, mismanagement could have made it chaotic. We asked them to warm the chicken and potato pie, but it was cold inside, and the taste was very bland. The Adani chai was okay, but I had a better one at Qamaria Fremont. The price was okay. We cleaned our table after eating, but most of the tables were still dirty, and people left their leftovers on them. So I don't know what happend. In the first week, they couldn't hire people to clean the tables right away, so people could use clean tables. There is enough parking, and the furniture and decor are nice, but looking at dirty tables reduces your mood. Now we're going back, we don't know yet. read more

Drove down from Sonora for an overnight stay. A friend who is from the South Bay Area was meeting me in Dublin for dinner. He had just gotten off work and needed a cup of coffee to wake up. He is particular about his coffee and doesn't care for the big named corporate brands. I did a quick search and lots of Yelpers recommended Delah Coffee. I told him to meet me there. We went in and the place is set up for lots of table areas and some comfortable multi person areas that would be great for group gathering. Very comfortable and very clean. It's big inside. There were mostly people working from their computers. There are super friendly people working behind the counter. They have an amazing selection of small bite treats. We each selected a different baklava. Both were amazing. We also both got coffee. I got a latte and he got a cappuccino to drink there. No paper/plastic cups or plastic plates (unless you are ordering to go). The large sized ceramic cups and the plated treats were placed on a middle eastern theme decorated tray. Reviewers said this was the best coffee locally. I'd say it was the best I've had anywhere in a long time. If you're in Dublin and looking for a great place to sit, work, study or just to enjoy time with friends, try Delah Coffee. You may nit go back to one of those big corporate stores again. read more

Excited to try a different coffee than the ubiquitous Starbucks, I tried the Delah Qahwah, which has cardamom and fresh ginger. Sugar was offered but I had it without and it paired nicely with the pistachio sweet I had along with it. Admittedly, this is my first time having Arabic coffee so I have nothing to compare it to. It was nice though and I look forward to visiting more! Cash was accepted. Servers were friendly and helpful. Big parking lot. I came here on a Saturday afternoon just out curiosity and boredom to tell you the truth . I wanted to see if the almost 5 star rating was validated. First thing I noticed was all the cars in this corner plaza across from TESLA repair shop were all for this coffee shop. I've never had Arabic Yemeni coffee. Upon entry I noticed the cleanliness, the abundance of clean tables and chairs and many patrons on their laptops and lastly not too loud. Service is friendly and helpful. Pretty big menu with helpful photos. They also have a pretty diverse pastry counter to complement your coffee. Prices are little high. They have WiFi for which i included a photo of the login information. I got the pistachio iced latter and it was ok maybe it was a safe order item and I should have ordered something more bold and stronger . There are other locations like Berkeley so Yemeni coffee has quite the consumers in vast big cities and is getting very popular. 4/5 Next time will stay instead of to go and enjoy some pastries with a different coffee drink . read more

They amassed quite a crowd today, yet Delah's staff kept things moving! Also, the location is pretty big so despite a busy afternoon, I didn't struggle to find a place to sit. Love this new addition to Dublin. Huge spacious place with beautiful murals. Loved the Turkish delight sweets. But my favorite items are the savory pies-beef pie, egg pie, cheese pie and the chicken roll too. I had the rose latte and it was pretty good. I would give it 4.5 stars if it were possible. Our drinks took a long time to come(20 mins ish) and the our pies became cold in that time. To be fair-it was pretty crowded that time. Definitely have to come back to try more items. read more

However, the workers are very rude and short - as I was ordering no acknowledgment of what I ordered and then just placed a buzzer in front of me. I said thank you to multiple people and they would just walk away - no response. I asked for a napkin and one of the guys just pointed in a direction and walked away. This is the 2nd time I've been there and it was like this both times, unfortunately. I figure one time, all good - we have off days, but it's happened two times now. Baklava- walnut, pista, and a few other varieties.. now the variety of the caffeine that flows from the machine, brewed on the stove, and placed in that beautiful mug is just as amazing as the food variety and choices. So excited to have a non-Starbucks/Peets coffee spot in the area! I went on opening day around 11a and it was moderately busy. They have drip coffee but I also saw that they also offer pour overs and French press. There's plenty of sweet and savory options in the cases. In the end, I ordered a Sana'anj coffee (drip with cardamom, no sugar). It smelled and tasted delicious. My daughter and husband enjoyed the mango and rose cake. It was delicious this time, the mufawar had a nice flavor I could taste the cardamom but it wasn't too overpowering and the mangorabian tasted fresh. We were looking for a dessert place that's open late, and I found this new coffee spot near home. We had the iced pineapple passion fruit, Spanish latte, and Dubai-style pistachio cheesecake -- all so good!
