Other places have charged me anywhere from $100 to $150 without question, and places cheaper than DNW have done some pretty poor work on him. Everything is so expensive now, but their prices feel fair and reasonable. I really appreciate them, and so does Doug, my dog.

We were informed about it immediately, the bleeding treated, and she was dressed with some ointment to help stave off infection. The owner told me to call them if she ended up having any more bleeding, needed any veterinary care, or it otherwise became infected. If you have ever tried grooming a dog with clippers, you can understand how easy it might be to accidentally clip something you shouldn't. However, they still held themselves accountable and wanted to take care of us all. We've been back twice since then for grooming. Now I say this -- 10 years we've seen them for haircuts, and only the one minor incident. They are confident experts and guarantee their work.

Do NOT take your fur-baby to Banfield Pet Hospital, especially this location…read more We took our 1 year old cat in a week ago because we were worried she had a broken tooth - she was lethargic, not eating well and losing weight. They spent half an hour BEFORE they even looked at her, trying to sell us their insurance plan, saying that she needs her teeth cleaned and the insurance plan will cover 600 of that, but no other dental. What?? They hadn't even looked at her and she's only 1 year old! They eventually took her in the back and said they looked at her mouth to see if there were any broken teeth and reported that there weren't any and that she was fine. Fast forward two days and our little girl had a crisis so bad that we had to rush her to the emergency vet - they didn't think she was going to make it; she was non responsive. She stayed for three days and two nights in an oxygen cage with SO many expensive tests. Thankfully the emergency vet was amazing and kinds. Now we've brought her home, but she's lost her sight and she's developed neurological disorders because of seizures she had that Banfield should have been able to see coming, if they'd done anything at all. The emergency vet also found bruises all over her soft pallet - how did Banfield not see that IF they looked at her teeth? Our precious little one is still recovering - we have to carry her to the litter, giver her intravenous fluids and she probably won't see well ever again. Banfield is just greedy because all they cared about was money. Sickening.

I brought in my Great Dane and Golden Retriever and found that she had cleared her afternoon schedule to groom my two dogs. She had been informed that my Dane had anxiety with other small dogs. I did not ask her to do this and was quite impressed that she did this. Picking up my dogs was such a treat! They looked better than they EVER have and she even sent them home with dog toys and bandannas on their necks. I can't say enough about the love and care Auntie Jayne's takes with her clients dogs. She truly cares and her store is impeccably clean!

As a new client seeking out a boarding facility and groomer I was disregarded and treated poorly for seeking information. As a pet owner I like to know what type of place I am leaving my pet at. The doctor refused to even break the news to me he called my mom instead. After this spay on my cat I will no longer return to this animal hospital for veterinary care.
