The pork carnitas panini is my favorite sandwich of all time - full stop. I love the pulled pork, melty pepperjack cheese and crispy soft bread. I've been coming here over 10 years and the food is consistently good. My mom loves the quiches. Lovely community cafe vibe with extra goodies for purchase like candy and local artwork. Wow! What a little gem in Reedsburg. Stopped for lunch during a visit due to the great reviews. They are warranted!! We walked in the front door but later found out you can enter from the back parking lot which is nice! The inside is very cute and has some local crafts for sale. The staff was super friendly while we decided what to order at the counter. Also super helpful in deciding. They made great recommendations. I ordered the turkey focaccia panini and YUM. It was a true panini! The bread was fresh and the turkey was quality. The French onion soup was also delicious. It was a generous portion. I wasn't left hungry at the end. The Cuban also got great reviews from our group. Wish we were closer, but I'll definitely stop back next time I'm in town! read more

If you've read my other views, you will see we do a lot of traveling and always try to support local small businesses. With that said, we had breakfast here to kill time while waiting for an appointment in the area. Everything in the display counter looked to have been there for days. I had the quiche and it was very thin in regards to other places I've been to. Even the young lady behind the counter admitted she didn't like them. No one really seemed happy. No one smiled or wanted to interact with the customers. I tried talking with the guy that made my latte about the coffee beans they have and he acted like he couldn't be bothered. He walked back to the kitchen with some dirty dishes from another table and I thought he would t be back to talk about the coffee beans they had for sale. Nothing. No one ever came back out. Not sure if this was a fluke since previous reviews were all 5since it wasn't even busy. read more

Went here for lunch on a Saturday. The place was pretty compact, but tables were still decently spaced and there were a couple outside. A few customers were also coming in to get to go orders. We got there a little later, so the bakery cases were getting empty, but everything left still looked really tasty. We ended up ordering the turkey veggie wrap and the Cuban wrap. The turkey veggie had a nice combination of flavors going on and I appreciated the use of a spinach wrap. I will say there was a little too much dill spread for my liking, but other than that it was good. Also anything with sprouts is a winner. The cuban sandwich was our preferred of the two. They were out of the sauce that normally goes on it, so we replaced it with a chipotle mayo and it worked quite well. We're not sure if we would necessarily classify it as a cuban, but it was a really good pulled pork melt/wrap. We also grabbed a pumpkin creme brulee coffee, which smelled amazing! Didn't necessarily taste as good as it smelled, but still very good value for the coffee and the wraps. If in Reedsburg again, we'd definitely go back to try out some other sandwiches and desserts! read more

Loved this cute place. So eclectic and yet peaceful. He got the grilled cheese with Aronia chutney, (Yum) and mushroom Brie soup. I had the tuna panini, perfectly done with thinly slice onions. Delicious. And so many coffee, tea and smoothie choices. Left with a piece of choc peanut butter pie. Did I mention it's super affordable and clearly locally sourced when possible? I ordered take out lunch today and they did not disappoint. The Reuben sandwich was wonderful and piping hot. Crispy toasted rye bread and a wonderful dill spread was a nice change from other Reuben sandwiches I have had. The sandwich came with chips and I ordered a nice side of fruit. Deli Bean was a cute little deli in the downtown area. There menu had tons of options and the even had gluten free wraps. Sand which was excellent and also had a cup of butternut squash bisque. We literally found Deli Bean by accident when arriving in Reedsburg for a week of vacation. We couldn't find the lunch place we were headed to and were so glad we ended up here. Stopped for a quick lunch on the way to bike the Elroy Sparta trail. Large selection of sandwiches. We got the roasted veggie and Rueben. The veggie was great, no mushrooms (a lazy veggie choice), the spread had an indistinguishable taste but the bread was toasted to perfection. This place rocks! We came in and had lunch here, while passing thru. I ordered a quiche with spinach and swiss cheese and a side salad. The salad was super fresh and the dressing was most likely homemade. The quiche was yummy! Hubby had a panini. You can tell that these people care deeply about their customers. They sell all sorts of little gourmet foods like jams, teas and bakery items. They even have a few jars of candy, along with a huge selection of organic and/or fair trade coffees... I love exploring small towns and finding gems like this always make my day! We went on a rainy Saturday and lucky for us it wasn't too busy yet around lunch time. My mom and I split two sandwiches--the avocado grilled cheese and the turkey panini. Both were amazing! They were toasty, cheesy, and grilled to perfection on some herbaceous focaccia. They came with chips--would highly recommend the upgrade for the sweet potato chips. My dad had a ham sandwich, which he reported was very good.
