I come to this location. About once a week. The food is fresh and delicious. The staff are great. Very polite and treat everyone with respect. Today Sunday February 12, 2017 I was at Deli Delicious there were no napkins in the napkin holders both trash cans were so full they were overflowing and the baskets that they serve food in were stacked 10 and15 high on top of both trash cans and the tables are dirty there's trash on the floor and The potato chips need to be restocked and the workers are all in the back nobody's out front doing any work to clean the place up wipe the tables down take the baskets back to the back and empty the trash cans and the men's rest needs to be cleaned. Went during a busy lunch hour, ordered the small tuna sandwich with the works and a side of fries. The sandwich was a good portion for the price, and had plenty of tuna in it, the fries were hot and nicely seasoned. The ladies behind the counter were friendly and even though it was busy they came and check on me at my table. I heard them greeting every customer that walked in and the dining area was kept clean. The only thing is they were out of sourdough bread which was a bummer but since the food and service was great, they deserve all the stars. read more

We always go to Subway but I saw Deli Delicious commercial and it looked delicious. I ordered 'Tuna on Sourdough' and my husband ' Roast beef'. I could barely take a bite there was so much bread. It was hard and stale. Barely any tuna. I couldn't eat all that bread (it was gross) and ended up throwing mine away. My husband ate half his sandwich but said he would never spend money there again. We were hard at work in our new house and no one had eaten. We decided a nice sandwich sounded great. After reading through Yelp reviews we decided on this spot and we were not disappointed. At first glance walking in the sandwich shop is clean with a fair amount of seating and it was bustling. The line however went fast and the young lady who helped us was nice and very helpful. We all went for the number 38. It's a hot sandwich. The toppings are pastrami, pepperoni, salami, provolone and jack cheese. Mmmmmmm. They have all of the toppings to choose that you would want on your sandwich. I went with the works minus the pickles and olives. Now for the bread. The have Dutch crunch bread!!!!! Yay, my heart is happy. Of course you can choose white or wheat and I think one other type of bread too, but Dutch crunch!!! Lol. It was an absolutely yummy sandwich. As I waited for my sandwich, a long line formed at the counter with about 8 people. The single cashier continued to work through them one by one. The only time he paused was to ask the customers to queue up along the counter. Why they didn't open the second register is beyond my comprehension. They're still working out the kinks it seems. The sourdough bread was tough, the avocado was brown, bacon was rubbery and the tomato had parts of the stem still on it. Man these people writing these reviews are too harsh and take everything as a personal attack. Working in food industry is hard as hell especially dealing with hungry people. We live in trying times right now so how you treat them is how they treat you, I speak from experience. Give these people a chance before you go in there with a closed off mind and think they're doing everything to make you unhappy. Today I received all the correct order but I did receive pickles on my sandwich when I did not ask for them. No big deal!!! Why go back in and say "I didn't ask for pickles" when I could literally just pick them off. We are wearing masks, it's hard to hear so I understand. These guys are doing the best they can and I really appreciate that and not even upset that I got pickles on my sandwich, it was an easy fix all by myself. No need to go back in there and make these people feel like crap. They are doing their best job and you guys are rocking it! I understand it was 30 mins until closing and the staff wanted to clock out. Usually we won't go to places that are closing soon and we learned our lesson. However, you have a closing time for a reason. We were served burnt sweet potato fries that I have posted a picture of. I typically have zero complaints about Deli D. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. As an avid deli d follower I was severely disappointed in this location and will never be back. First off, I ordered three sandwiches (minimal toppings) and waited 20 minutes for them to be made. There was no customers ahead of me, there was no one waiting, and they were not working on any other order. Second, the bread on all three sandwiches was very stale (I ordered wheat, white, and sourdough)! Lastly, every single order was wrong!!! None of them had mayo mustard or oil and vinegar! Usually I love deli delicious.. I'm pregnant right now and all I've been craving is this place and my favorite sandwich. Today, I called in an order at 12. They said 10 minutes. I was there in 8... they told me they just dropped my fries so I paid, sat down and waited, watching more and more people come in and get their food before me.. after a couple orders were called, I went up to the counter to inquire about my order... which was sitting on the counter in the back, for who knows how long.. probably a lot longer if I hadn't asked about it.. I asked if the fries were still hot, she said yes. They were not and when I got back home, I found that the sandwiches weren't even made correctly. I've been to this Deli Delicious location plenty of times and always been pretty pleased with my food and customer service, but today was a completely different story. I ordered my food which was two sandwiches and an order of curly fries. While waiting for our food we noticed the staff was all talking and not paying attention to customers getting ready to order. After waiting for 20 minutes finally received our order only to be stopped by and employee saying she gave us the wrong order. I believe if the employees would have been paying more attention they wouldn't have made the mistake. We waited another 5 minutes then finally received our ordered. To my surprise my BLT only has 2 pieces of bacon and the other sandwich I ordered was the Turkey Bacon Avocado with Swiss instead of provolone and they only gave us one measly piece of bacon. I've had experiences at this location with less employees working and received a better put together sandwich. Management really needs to retrain some of these employees. The new manager there has no respect towards anyone. When I called to ask a question she forgot to mute the call when she put me on hold and started talking all kinds of crap about me to one of her employees. This place is seriously really yummy. I have to go to an event in Fresno and took a while to find an ok spot to stop by on my way there. I decided to give this place a try and it was really yummy (found it on yelp of course) . I got a sandwich with chicken and avocado, my boyfriend got something with turkey.
