    no Turkey & Cheddar Sandwich
    Auberi F.

I paid $30 for two turkey sandwiches and soup and mac and got no turkey in both sandwiches. Disappointed because yalls food is too expensive to be leaving out the main ingredient. And yall got some rock hard bread. almost broke my tooth. fresh ingredients tho i guess.

panera Count your days for one you don't have a broccoli mac & cheese anymore and second you charge me $10 for this tiny little have a mac & cheese. I remember vividly going last December and getting broccoli mac & cheese and it being 6 to 7 dollars for the small and nine dollars for the large. The worker was nice I thank you for your help but this is not worth 10 dollars in my opinion fast service and the worker was nice

Tulare's very own Panera Bread location is now open. I stopped in for lunch on this Sunday afternoon and decided that I would try the drive-thru because the parking lot and outside dining area were both full. I ordered my longtime favorite sandwich, the Roasted Turkey & Avocado BLT and chips. This sandwich was about 4 inches tall and packed with turkey, avocado, and bacon. Delicious! The store has only been open for a couple of days. So I expected a longer wait time for my food. I was pleasantly surprised that my wait time was kept to a minimum considering the line of cars that were ahead of me. Service was pleasant and my order was made to perfection. I'm so glad that Panera came to town.

Drive Thru wasn't rude but was very pleasant either, I waited at paying window and it seem like when I drive up she walked off. I'm not pleased at all and I wouldn't gone had I not had a gift card

This is Panera's new Chicken Bacon Rancher. Where's the chicken? Where's the bacon? White cheddar? Focaccia bread?

I like to come to Panera bread and have their salads. They're fresh and delicious. The place is always clean also.

The walls of the restaurant are decorated with all types of funny signs and retro pieces. I absolutely loved it. This is the perfect casual lunch or dinner. The fact that these burgers are so affordable is just the cherry on top. Food consensus: The Smashburgers were amazing, everyone in my group loved them. I went with the Mushroom Smashburger and it had all the elements of a perfect burger. It had plenty of mushrooms and I added raw and grilled jalopenos. It was delicious. Juicy, flavorful, and filling. The fries were the perfect texture, they had a great bite to them. I was given their aioli, house sauce, and ranch and I was in heaven trying all the different combinations. I think this is the best smash burger I've had so far. I ordered a biscoff shake and it was also good. They even top the shake with a generous amount of crushed biscoff. I highly highly highly recommend trying Zee's Smash. You won't regret it.

I didn't include a picture because I completely inhaled my food . By the time I thought about taking one, the plate was already gone. That alone should tell you everything you need to know. I ordered one of their pasta dishes (you really can't go wrong), and it was fresh, flavorful, and honestly hit the spot in a way that made me pause mid-bite like "okay wait... this is REALLY good." Portions were perfect too. Now for my favorite part the drinks. I don't drink alcohol, but Alexis the bartender absolutely understood the assignment. She made me a spicy cucumber mocktail that was hands down one of the best drinks I've had. Refreshing with just the right kick 10/10. Service was just as good as the food. Aaron was my server and made everything easy and comfortable, checking in without overdoing it. You can tell the staff actually cares. I also want to shout out Ray and Cynthia from management, they helped create an overall welcoming vibe that you don't always get everywhere. Overall, amazing food, great service, and a place I'll definitely keep coming back to. Just next time... I'll try (no promises) to take a picture before I inhale everything.

The complimentary bread was hard, possibly old bread and their signature dipping sauce was so cold (normally served really warm). I again ordered the Chicken Piccata. The noodles were all stuck together, requiring me to use a knife to cut them. Everything else was good. My salad a a few pieces of wilted greens, which I picked out. The others in my party said their food was ok. We ordered the Truffle Fries for our appetizer. The fries were piping hot and flavorful. Service was ok, she was efficient and got our orders correct. The ambiance is casual and on this occasion, quiet. I'm so disappointed that Fugazzis missed the mark on this occasion.

I should also note that the individuals who are responsible for the hiring, training and supervision of these employees have been clearly negligent with their duties and it's becoming increasingly clear that there is an unnecessary disconnect in this organizational structure. Consumers are not responsible for ensuring that their orders are received as instructed. When a product is advertised the consumer expects to receive a similar representation of the item and should not feel deceived after the fact that the transaction has been completed. This location needs a reality check because the problems are created when those individuals who are placed in position show a disregard for their own responsibilities within the work place. The last few visits have been disappointing. I typically order a bowl or tacos. The last two bowls resulted in one being returned immediately for refund only. The second was only by force because i had $5.00 off and ordered chicken tortilla soup but they did not have any available so I had to opt for a pollo bowl instead. That bowl was worse than the previous pollo bowl order that i had to demand for a refund. I also indicated to the employee that the cost of soup was slightly more than a bowl and she did not suggest to refund the additional nominal cost or offer anything else that would make up for price difference. The employee offered an order of soup "whenever we have more soup" and claimed that she would write my name down to ensure the other employees were aware of this consideration. Since these allegations were quite vague i explained that my circumstances are not really fixed to only one general location. However I don't think she understood the point so she just continued to repeat her "offer" to compensate for the current order inconvenience. I would have returned the substituted pollo bowl order but since there is no cash value for rewards that was not even possible. She should have refunded the difference in cost because a bowl would have been $0.00. Or offered combo upgrade since I did pay extra for the tortilla soup order. Also, returned the following week thereafter to inquire about restocked tortilla soup and the employee looked at me like why I was asking. he expressed confusion and said he wasn't sure what i meant because they typically always have the soup available. I contemplated explaining what occurred during previous visit but this dispute was not even worth the effort. he did not know anything about this alleged soup offer to make up for the previous "inconvenience" Prior to the 2 most recent visits I ordered one taco. Refer to visual. Something told me to look inside the foil before I proceed to depart from the area. I returned back upon discovery and the same female seemed confused by my concerns. I said I do not want this and expected her to immediately understand how this point was valid. She then asked if I wanted her to remake it? as if I drove back to the location for no reason other than to waste my time carelessly. I repeated the statement and she seemed to get the point finally. The second result was still ridiculous. The same employee showed no concern for the fact that this order should have been made right the first time or consideration for the the loss of time expended to mitigate these careless actions. Conclusion: I cannot recommend anything about this location and will not be a returning patron indefinitely.
